Hotel is very old and the reception is not friendly

Convenient to airport and has a shuttle. There are a few eating establishments within walking distance. Quiet area. Lots of parking space. The room was large with a small balcony. Tried to check in early (noon) but no rooms were available. There is a $30 early check in fee. Very clean facility. I would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again.

The room was great, as I had the 1bdrm suite very spacious my dog was happy she had a lot of room to play. We needed extra linens & they were delivered promptly

Our plane arrived around 8pm at LAX. We were told to call for shuttle after picking up our luggage which we did. After my wife (69) and I (72) stood and sat in 46 degree weather for about an hour and a half the shuttle finally showed up. And it passed right by us about 45 minutes earlier. We finally got to our room and in bed around 11pm. We had to rise at 3am for a 5:40 flight, so we didn't get but around 4 minus hours of sleep. Absolutely ridiculous that anyone much less senior people had to wait that long for a shuttle to their hotel. Worst time we have ever had with a hotel stay.

Clean and hygienic. Breakfast is not included. It is outsourced to Starbucks and needs to be paid for.

A girl at the front desk and a male waiter were very nice. But one girl was not very friendly. She arrived at the hotel from the airport after 12 o'clock in the evening and almost didn't let me check in late at night, saying that the time was past the reservation date. After contacting Ctrip, she let me check in.

I made two reservations for the same room, two nights together, and they took $150 from me for each reservation, and I'm still waiting for my security deposit back. Without having done anything to the room. It's been a week since we made the security deposit.

We made a good choice for our last hotel of the US trip! The room was spacious, with a balcony, microwave, and bath! Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were also provided. This is very personal, but the body soap had a citrus scent and was very nice☺️ However, in terms of cleanliness, I was a little concerned about the clogged bath. If it drained quickly, it would be perfect. The location was very good, even though it was early in the morning, as there was a shuttle bus to the airport. There was also a cheap supermarket nearby. Overall, the staff were very kind. I was only able to stay one night, so next time I would like to stay for multiple nights.
