It was a very clean place, right near a store and backery and very near the city village. We only preferred some clean towels after 2days of stay. (We stayed 5 nights)..

We love this place. The apartments are very well equipped , good size and all the kitchen stuff very clean. Walls obviously redone. Nice. Staff very friendly.  The view is wonderful. But coming back after 8 years and finding the same carpet flooring… not very hygienic. They should replace that carpet with a washable flooring. Then it would be a superb apartment!

Brilliant price for a great little apartment.  Not fancy, just good, basic kitchen set up (no oven) with some odd quirks, like having to go to reception to get a toaster and needing to take your own rubbish out, but for the price, all good! Great views and nice surroundings.  Parking is in high demand and internet is rather sketchy.  Not ideal if you are relying on it for work.  TV with changeable languages and lovely balcony make the stay top notch, along with comfortable bed and bedding, quiet location and a great sense of security.  Highly recommend.

A 3 star hotel with bed full of bed bugs and refuse to acknowledge and deny refund. Room is dusty and smell mouldy. We left immediately! Good luck to next guest!

Good hostel

What a disappointment: no air conditioning, even though it was stated in the ad and this service was one of our selection criteria. Furthermore, the ad is misleading: balcony and view of Lake Geneva. Yes, yes, but not a balcony with a lake view! A balcony with a city view. What can we say about the cleanliness of the kitchen units: the coffee table wasn't cleaned, food stains on the pan, and the furniture was very old. Fortunately, the view of the lake from the living room (through the windows) and the bedding improved the standard. As for the bathrooms, they were fairly clean, but nothing to report except for a bathtub with a shower rail on the opposite side of the shower head. Not practical for not getting everything wet.

Overall it's good but free parking is difficult if you don't choose the paid parking at 3 euros per night. The hostesses are charming and professional, very friendly. The neighborhood is pretty good but families with animals are quite annoying, especially when they lock their dog alone in an apartment during the day and it barks continuously.

Family stay for ski holidays, good location, 20 minutes drive from Thollon les Memises resort. Remember to choose the apartment with lake view to enjoy the splendid life.

The room is large with one bedroom and one living room, free parking, and it is very convenient to walk to the town in more than ten minutes

We had a pleasant stay in this rather family hotel. Beautiful view of the lake for the rooms with it. The breakfast a ++. Just the parking a little difficult. I will come back
