Guests enter through a private entry which includes a full kitchen, dishes/utensils, microwave, coffee maker (fresh coffee and creamers provided), washer and dryer, and comfortable queen bed. If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin. There is a $500 charge if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found. Keep the noise level down especially after 10PM and respect my lovely neighbors. There is a $250 Disturbance fee if we get a noise complaint. For guest's safety, we do not allow any parties, drugs and, of course, illicit activities. We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders coming in. If emergency services (police, security) is called, there is a $250 Service fee. At this time, we are not accepting pets. Due to allergies, we can not accept cats.
