"這次來出差真沒選錯地方！一進門就被前台小姐姐暖到，辦入住超快，還主動告訴我附近好吃的館子，特別貼心。房間裏的智能設備也超好用，喊一聲就能開窗簾、調空調，忙起來完全不用騰手；空間夠大，攤開電腦辦公都不擠，床品軟乎乎的，每天累到倒頭就睡，醒來渾身都鬆快。衞生也沒話説，桌面、衞生間都乾乾淨淨，住着特省心。開車來更方便，停車場空位多，不用繞圈找位，離要去的公司和會場也近，省了好多路上的時間。下次來這兒，直接鎖死這家！"

"Xiao Wang at the front desk was very welcoming and the whole stay was very pleasant. Free parking was available in the parking lot. The layout of the rooms that came to the guest rooms was very exquisite and fresh, and the various room facilities in the house were very complete, and the hygiene was very meticulous. Manager Li also carefully prepared children's supplies and birthday decorations for us. Very satisfied with a stay experience, personally recommended!"

"I came to Hefei to watch a concert and accidentally found this hotel. The transportation is really convenient. Line 3 is right at the door. There is a bus station and a shared bicycle parking spot across the road. It also has its own restaurant and gym. Prices are still very reasonable during special periods! ! Although I live next to the road, it is not noisy at night. The overall layout of the room is reasonable and the lighting is good. The toilet and bathroom are also two single rooms, and the sanitation is in place. Miss Xiao Zhong’s service is proactive, enthusiastic and in place. It’s really a surprising experience! If I have a chance next time, this hotel will still be my first choice!"

"What a wonderful stay! The hotel is newly renovated, with comprehensive amenities and a gorgeous decor. A light fragrance fills the lobby upon entering. The front desk staff is friendly, patient, and responsive. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom and toilet are separated by a sliding door. Love it! They also have LED high-definition makeup mirrors, and the toiletries are all made of wood, making them eco-friendly. The bath towels are soft and absorbent. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view, though much of the surrounding area is still under development. The hotel's breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious."

"The hotel environment, facilities and services are pretty good, the inside is very clean, and the things are very new. It is the best environment in Hanting in various places I have stayed in. When I checked in, I was given a glass of double-skin milk. The only thing I hope is to improve the sound insulation effect, it is too soundproof (I can't sleep because of the noise of the residents in the next room and the noise of the road, mainly because there is an exam the next day, and I hope those people go out I can improve my quality a little outside.)"

LLalala0921…This hotel is simply a home away from home! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was shocked by its magnificent decoration. The staff is warm and thoughtful, the service is meticulous, and people feel the warmth of home. The rooms are spacious and bright, elegantly furnished, and the beds are comfortable, making people sleep well. The dining in the hotel is even more praiseworthy, the food is dazzling and the taste is excellent. All reflect high quality and humanity. In short, this is a top hotel that makes people linger, and it is worth recommending to every friend!

AAnonymous UserOur two-night stay in the courtyard room was quite relaxing and enjoyable. The environment was lovely, the restaurant served delicious food, and there's a spot for fishing. Although the courtyard was small, it was very cozy to sit in and perfect for taking photos. The butler service was excellent; they were always responsive and answered all our questions. During the holiday season, it was evident that the staff were working very hard. My family had a good rest, and the children had a great time, so overall, I gave it a positive rating.
However! Compared to other guesthouses of similar or even lower price points, when fully booked, their capacity to handle guests clearly fell short. For example, our room was still being cleaned close to the 3 PM check-in time. During check-in, the staff were so busy they couldn't even offer water. There was also a lack of staff guidance from parking to check-in and luggage assistance. At 9 PM, the hot water ran out halfway through my shower, forcing a cold one, and there was no prior warning that this could be an issue (I reported it to the butler, but received no follow-up beyond an apology). At dinner, many guests at the restaurant were kept waiting for their dishes. The layout of the courtyard room wasn't very practical; one side of the electric screen curtain was broken, and there were quite a few mosquitoes. Although I asked the butler for insect repellent, it really should have been provided proactively.
It was also a bit disappointing that the complimentary 'goodnight sweet soup' had to be picked up from the restaurant. Information about activities at the activity center was only available upon direct inquiry. The painted fan activity advertised was no longer available, yet it was still listed on the blackboard and promoted online. In reality, there weren't many activities to do.
If service quality cannot be guaranteed, why not open fewer rooms and focus more on service quality? I hope the hotel management considers improvements for the future. Overall, I found it acceptable, but it didn't quite live up to the hype, especially considering the value for money during the holiday season.

The room was also very satisfied, the bed was not particularly soft and comfortable to sleep. There is no obstruction outside the window, not depressed... The facilities are very new, the surrounding area is very quiet, the air is good, the building is like a courtyard house, there is light and green plants. MM438656****After booking the room, the housekeeper will add WeChat in advance to make arrangements. Any problems during the stay will be handled by the corresponding staff. The breakfast and lunch are really rich, and 2 adults and 1 child can't finish them. Dinner is ordered, and melon seeds and peanuts are also delivered after dinner. It's so comfortable with a cup of black tea. The farm allows free feeding of small animals, boating, swings, slides, and tents. The children made a ceramic bowl and wrote their names on it. Will the meals be more delicious in the future? 😋, after picking vegetables, I took the rice wine sent by the farm home. I will come again next time when spring comes.

The room was clean and spacious. The only dissatisfaction is that the breakfast is too bad, steamed buns, rice dumplings, fried dough sticks, there is no vegetables, only two kinds of pickles and steamed pumpkin, no green leafy vegetables.
