"Ladies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly. There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed. The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner."

"As a solo female traveler, this place was perfect for me. The location is unbeatable. It’s directly connected to Terminal 4 via a covered walkway, so you don’t even need to step outside the airport. Super convenient, especially if you’re landing late or flying out early. The room itself was great. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything I needed. Considering the price, it was really good value for money. What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. It felt like they actually cared, which makes a big difference when you’re traveling alone. Would definitely stay again if I’m flying through T4. Highly recommend for solo travelers or anyone looking for a stress-free stay right by the airport."

"The central part of the hotel is filled with light and space. Great when you are in the restaurant. Rooms are clean, spacious, quality sheets and pillow. The staff is available and very nice. I had an issue with my shower and it was sorted asap. Plus of course the proximity of Heathrow T4, with a fully covered passage to go to terminal. Great hotel"

"Stayed here for 3 nights on a recent trip. Nice room with two big double beds. Shower is great but the bath is really shallow so not ideal if you like a nice soak. Good WiFi, big TV, fridge in the room etc. Breakfast is excellent. Great selection. Coffee could be better. I wouldn't expect a hilton property to use cheap coffee machines with powdered milk instead of fresh. Location is great. There is the usual hoppa bus to the terminals for £7 or you can walk for 4-5 minutes to Hatton Cross and take the subway train for free to all the terminals (just use a contact less card to get through the barriers)."

"Stayed here after arriving late from China. Perfect hotel! Very comfortable and clean bedroom, friendly staff, nice bar and dining area. It’s so quiet! Despite being so close to the airport runway you don’t hear a thing. The breakfast was great too. Will definitely come again when travelling through."

"This was my second stay here after two years. The room was reasonably clean, and the window offered an expansive airport view. On the first night, I saw China Southern planes, and the next day, it was mostly Qatar Airways aircraft parked there. However, rooms with a more open view require a long, winding walk from the elevator, whereas rooms closer to the elevator only offer an internal courtyard view. While the elevator requires a room card for access, on the night I checked in, a stranger knocked on my door, stated their name, and requested to enter. I'm not sure if they had the wrong room or some other reason, but as I didn't answer, they left after about two minutes. Breakfast wasn't particularly refined, but it was quite substantial, offering a good variety of fruits like bananas, apples, and oranges. However, when it came to vegetables, there were no leafy greens or salads, just fried tomatoes. The service staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were all friendly, smiling, and polite in their interactions. The room lacked a refrigerator, complimentary bottled water, slippers, and a toothbrush. However, there's a small shop in the lobby where a small bottle of water costs £2. As a hotel for a one-night layover, it offers good value for the price."
