"We stayed at Five Islands Hotel with my friend for 1 night as it was close to Wollongong. The room had a fridge, a kettle, cups, tea, coffee, and all the essentials (shower gel, shampoo). While the bathroom was outside of the room, it was very spacious and clean. Loved it, would definitely recommend for a short stay!"

"It’s not very clean and Noisy also the aircon is broken ask for a refund they said the transfer a room for me and free breakfast, the breakfast is just ok and the new room the aircon was still broken and ready after 3pm. We have to wait in the lobby and I parked in their carpark, they took 48 dollars  from my bank card without notice, it’s terrible experience"

"The location is right in the city center; you just have to walk up a slight incline, but it's quite convenient in terms of distance. The hotel is about a 25-minute walk to the beach, which is pretty close. The reception staff were polite, and the hotel arranged daily housekeeping with varying levels of service, so overall it was clean. The only downside was the soundproofing; the sound of running water and people talking in the hallway was quite loud."
