Very cozy and great located hotel, never building to Uffizi Gallery. Breakfast is great. Personnel is very helpful, kind and high professional. Highly recommended.

This is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The moment I opened the door, the room and the bathroom completely blew my mind. All the drinks in the mini fridge were complimentary, except for a bottle of wine on the coffee table. The bathroom was not only spotless but also beautifully designed with a white-and-blue theme.

The location is extraordinary — just 50 meters from Ponte Vecchio and only a 5-minute walk from Piazza della Signoria. The valet parking service is very convenient and reasonably priced per day. The staff is kind and professional, and the hotel is spotless and well maintained. Breakfast, included in the rate, is varied and served in a beautiful hall decorated with frescoes on the ceiling. The cherry on the cake is the bar on the 5th floor, featuring an amazing terrace overlooking the rooftops of Florence.

The hotel breakfast is magnificent. Fresh fruits and delicious pastries were provided and the breakfast hall was beautiful. Would visit again.

Nice hotel. I’m very good place. All tourists place is near. Maximum time you need 20 minutes to reach everything. Even No need take taxi

Loved this hotel. When l come back to Florence would only come back here. Beautiful old fashioned elegance in rooms. Amazing bathroom and toiletries. Loved the wine in the room even though l had to pay for it. Breakfast room and food outstanding. Lovely helpful staff. Fab position. Just perfect stay.

Beautful hotel right in the center of Florence.

Absolutely amazing experience

Good hotel

We booked two double rooms and were given a large suite. The room was beautiful, well-equipped, and the shower was very comfortable. There were also gifts: a T-shirt for each person. The mini-fridge was free, as long as there was water. The best part was the location: the Uffizi Gallery is right next door, and the Ponte Vecchio and the Fiore are both within a ten-minute walk. The only problem was that check-in had to be at 2:00 AM, which made our 2:30 PM visit to the Uffizi Gallery very stressful.

A truly wonderful stay! The area is conveniently located within walking distance of several popular attractions, including the Uffizi Gallery, just 20 meters away. Evening strolls are pleasant and safe, and the alleys near the back entrance offer several highly-rated and delicious restaurants. The rooms in the off-site building are spacious suites and offer excellent value. The hotel's service was excellent, and they even arranged overnight parking and ZTL arrangements.

Next to the Uffizi Gallery, the Arno River is just outside the window, and the Ponte Vecchio is a short walk away. The room is spacious but the facilities are a bit old, and the wooden beams on the roof have cracks and are falling off. The coffee at breakfast is delicious.
