Great hotel. Nice service. The hotel is central and 25 mins from Louvre.

Room was nice, hotel has an elevator. Staff is friendly but service is limited.

Overall good, but room size is a bit small. Location is easy to get into train line 4, 7, 8, 9, but is a bit far from tourist spot. If you are single lady or only group of ladies, will not recommend on this location because the way walk back to the hotel doesn’t seem very safe during night time.

We booked this hotel as it was ranked very high at the time on Trip Advisor (8/3000) or something like that. The hotel itself is petite , clean and has the friendliest of staff. But I do not understand why it is ranked so highly on TA. Rooms are extremely tiny, and the worst part for me was the beds are so tiny - with the bed widths AND also bed lengths being so short. I found it very difficult to fit , being a 6’2” guy, without crouching into a fetal position each night to try to get to sleep. We were two friends and booked “twin share” but the single beds were still joined by the same base and could not be separated either. Between this and the small size of bed, it made for poor sleep at night. Other negatives were the bathroom sink was blocked, walls are thin (so you hear people talking on their phone through the walls at night) and the location: This hotel is in the 9th/10th Arrondissement and honestly it’s not the best neighbourhood, particularly at night. Next time I will pay the little bit extra and stay in the 2nd or 3rd Arr. Hotel staff are you be commended though, they always had a smile and friendly greeting and helped so much in providing amazing restaurant suggestions and local spots to visit. Overall , given the price point and the ranking on TA we had high expectations, and this was quite a disappointment for us.

It is a very beautiful hotel but too little time in this hotel. Feel regret didn’t have time to take photos by the window while staying here. Hope will revisit.

Amazing stay

The hotel was fully booked during the National Day holiday, so I booked this one. The room is small, but the bathroom is clean. There is a subway station and a bus stop within a six or seven minute walk. I don't recommend staying here for first-time visitors to Paris, as there will be a lot of people on weekends. If you have a weekly transportation card, it's better to stay in a better hotel farther away.

I may not come back next time. The service is not this or that. The towels were not changed today, and the drinking water was not changed tomorrow. I really would be fired in China.

The room is small, but overall very clean and tidy; the breakfast area is also small, with not many varieties, but the quality is okay; the location is very good, not far from the subway, and the city walk is also very suitable.

It is more convenient next to the hotel. There is a supermarket and a bakery not far away. The room size is small. There was a music festival when I went there, and the young people in the bar on the street were having fun until early in the morning. It was very novel, but the rooms on the street were a bit noisy. The hygiene was good, but I don't understand why they threw our pajamas on the bed on the floor after cleaning.

I think this is a good value hotel in the wine area, and it has twin rooms. I stay here every time I go on a business trip. Although the room is very small, the facilities are relatively new. The most important thing is that it is very friendly to Chinese guests. When traveling on business, two people can share a room, which saves a lot of money because there are two beds.

The overall service is very good. The front desk service is 24 hours a day. Check-in and check-out are very convenient. There are also staff cleaning every day. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes and slippers. This should be noted.

The hotel service is okay, but the breakfast is very poor. The place is small and there is nothing to eat. The room is also small and the elevator is very small. When you leave the hotel, the waiter will ask for a good review. This is the reason for the good rating.
