"Bed was comfortable . The shower has pressure which was a bonus. The air con made noises while on. And wasn't producing cool air. That's the only issue . The room was big enough. That's all ."

"I have been to the Rose and Crown for meals a few times over the years all in their outdoor garden areas. What a beautiful surprise to see the indoor restaurant , it is so cozy with the welcoming fire, white table cloths and classy feel. The staff were very friendly and attentive, however my pet hate of being called “guys” was disappointing as the decor is so classy I felt this pulled down the quality of the venue, it was like I was being welcomed onto Virgin airlines, who are known for “Hi guys” and this restaurant is certainly at a higher serving standard than Virgin airlines! Prices and quality of the food was very good. We will certainly be returning to this multi seasonal hotel. Highly recommend. "

"We visited the Coogee Beach WA Discovery Park over Easter/Anzac Day this year. I understand that it’s Easter so should expect to pay a “premium” but the premium we paid did not reflect the quality that I would have expected of a Discovery Parks Cabin. As I had always believed Discovery Parks to be of much better condition, I have decided to share this feedback with you as I was not able to include photos in the feedback survey that I completed and if this sort of sub standard “quality” is not reported, how do you know? We paid $315 per night for a total of 5 nights ($1575). The staff I encountered, whilst “friendly” were not particularly helpful. They were merely “ticking the boxes” of being there. The location was great. The camp kitchen was very good. I suspect because the park permanent residents probably make sure the kitchen space is kept tidy and well looked after as they use it for their social club. We spent the 2nd half of our visit on a powered site so got to use the amenities and they were for the most part, OK. They were as I would expect them to be. The cabin we were placed in was dirty, there were cobwebs in the toilet, and dirt on the floor. There were broken things like the plastic holders for the blind chords and a tap in the kitchen with a piece broken off it. The cabin walls need a coat of paint and hole’s fixed, the bathroom was terrible."

"Since I had an early flight, I booked this hotel for my last night in Perth as a transitional stay. Getting here from my city hotel on the 940 bus was very convenient. When checking in, the staff carefully asked about my flight time and recommended the best complimentary airport shuttle for my schedule; the shuttle runs every 45 minutes. Overall, it's much better than the transit hotel I stayed at near Sydney Airport. There are fast-food restaurants like KFC and convenience stores nearby."
