"The location is in the Foz portal, for those who leave and go to the bus station it is great, the breakfast option is ok, there is not a lot of variety of fruits but otherwise it is quiet, in relation to the room for a couple it is an adequate space nothing too extravagant, the TV in my room that I stayed in specifically did not even have Netflix or anything like that, just normal TV, but apart from that it is a quiet place and the pool is 1.50 m deep, overall very good."
"位置不错 The Location was very good. There was a big shopping mall nearby. You basically could get everything there. The hotel had your agent in lobby. it was very expensive, don't recommend. You could get a taxi right outside the hotel. the driver could drive you to wherever you need to go. the cost was less than half. Brazilian Drivers we're very nice and trustworthy."
"It was an overall good option for what we paid. This is a VERY basic hotel, however you do get your own room, with shower/toilet, we got a 5 bed room just for one night as we just needed a place to crash on route somewhere else, so it was fine. The room has air conditioning too, which worked perfectly, and a garage for the car, so all in all we can't complain.
I would however say again that it is a hotel on the more basic end, but again, good value for money. Breakfast was also decent."
"The hotel is very comfortable and clean and the staff is friendly and serviceable.
The hotel's restaurant offers free buffet breakfast and a menu at the letter for lunch and dinner."
"Bogari Hotel is a great place to stay if you want to see the Iguaçu Falls from the Brazil and Argentina sides. People on the platform comment on the high quality of the service and I would agree completely. The front desk staff answered all of our many questions with patience and good humour and definitely made our stay feel warmer. The rooms are clean and spacious (although a bit dark) and the Italian restaurant downstairs is fine (big portions). I would recommend taking a walk just down the street to visit one of the many Syrian/Lebanese restaurants for good quality, satisfying shawarma as well. The breakfast is typical of the region, with a variety of cakes, guava-based products and pao de qeijo. We spent an enjoyable late afternoon in the hot tubs on the first floor, which were a nice surprise."
"There are various restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient for dining. There is also a bar downstairs, which is lively, but it is noisy in the room at night and I can't sleep. The breakfast is rich in variety. The hotel is very new."
"Our stay here was lovely value for money there were many things to do here and with having a great pool and health spa this was a relaxing break. With a poolside bar and two pools one very secluded it catered for a range of individuals. Would definatly stay here again cant fault the hotel a really lovely place. The airconditioning was amazing and the staff were very professional thankyou"
"Good location. Hotel has a swimming pool with an incredible water slide. Family loved it. very good breakfast.
It has a garage.
The service could be better and the elevators are insufficient.
We love it."

Amazing
GGuest UserDo NOT book this hotel - consistent terrible subpar service (provide wrong info, didnt communicate essential info, SILENT TREATMENT, slow service, wrong shuttle bus despite verifying twice with 2 different staff, only take down my cocktail order but I didnt get to hold/drink my order) from the reception, guest relations and concierge teams (many staff around but they are really bad at their jobs).
No one takes ownership - talked to 3 different hotel managers (face to face) but new mistakes appear.
Belmond's service -> avoidant style (ZERO follow up from any manager, each said I already spoke to the previous).
Lousy service experience. Utterly disappointed.
Good points - convenient location: (the only hotel) inside Brazil's Iguazu park (but service deteriorates due to no competition) and an excellent spa experience.
Alternative to stay inside Iguazu park - stay at the hotel inside Argentina's Iguazu park.
LLiuchiThe hotel's environment was superb, truly comfortable. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the airport. They even offered welcome champagne, which was a lovely touch. While the room was a little on the small side, it felt very cozy and inviting. The hotel also boasts a gym, entertainment facilities, and even public computers. It's a shame I didn't get the chance to try the spa. The main downsides were the poor mobile signal and slow Wi-Fi speed, which I suspect might be linked to the general local infrastructure.
KKarenWe enjoyed our stay. However we went down for dinner at 7pm to be told that dinner wasn’t starting until 7.30pm , there was no signage up saying this so we’re not happy as we wanted an early dinner as we had been travelling over 24 hours. Saying that the food was excellent we chose of the a la carte menu as we didn’t want the buffet
Breakfast was very good, a wide variety of food was available
The room was good with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower
Staff were all very friendly
CChristopherA nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.
BBarrsHotel Coroados Foz Express is an extremely clean, organized, and comfortable hotel! The rooms are modern and follow the color scheme of an IKEA show room. The front desk staff (especially Lara) are very knowledgeable and helpful! The breakfast had terrific variety and was a great way to start the day! All-in-all, a great stay!
AALITAI really liked the hotel, my stay was just a few days and very satisfactory, the room was clean and organized, the bathroom was also very good.
Service was excellent, I asked for tips on tours because it was my first time going, the receptionist was very helpful, gave good tips and even made a map.
I really liked the breakfast, excellent variety of things to eat.
My son loved the pool and so did I.
I have no complaints about anything.
Very pleasant and I recommend it.
GGuest UserGreat location. All staff are very helpful and polite. Great breakfast. Room was clean and tidy. Special thanks to Daniel who introduced nearby good restaurant to us.
We appreciated there was a Travel Agent which could arrange one -day Igauzu Falls in Argentina. We had a wonderful stay there.
VVladimirHotel as a farm-style home - goats walking around the territory, crying chicks in the morning, and all that. From the city is far away, but there is a bus 120, it can be reached. The waterfalls are very close, you can walk to the entrance to the national park . Very quiet, the rooms are very spacious, breakfast is delicious, there are no complaints to the Internet. One day there was a rain with a thunder - the roof flowed, right over the bed, had to sleep in another room. For the lovers of silence and calm - that's the thing.
GGuest UserThis hotel has a good location and a friendly staff. But it is dilapidated and need of a remodel badly. The rooms are old and the furniture is breaking down. The windows allow mosquitoes to come in the room from the outside. I killed at least twenty with my own hands. I literally sprayed the room and myself with mosquito repellant before I went to sleep. The worst is that I ordered room service and had breakfast at the hotel and immediately got Traveler's Diarrhea. After 7 days I flew home and was treated with antibiotics. I'm still recovering and needless to say it ruined my very expensive vacation. I don't know whether there is a health department or a similar institution there but the hotel should be shut down and all systems need to be revamped before anyone else gets sick!
AArqsilviamelmanI was unpleasantly surprised that there was only ONE piece of towel, one for each person... they don't provide a face towel as per the hotel rule... that is, for the pool, for showering, and for your face, THE ONE TOWEL FOR EVERYTHING. They don't provide shampoo or conditioner, just one small soap for two people.
It's clear that the hotel was more upmarket 20 years ago; it's still maintained, but it needs more love and better reception and general service... thank you.
