One of the worst experience booked 3 rooms and one of the room AC was not working and hall way and rooms smells bad all pillows and sheets smell bad I will not come back again staff was rude

I stayed in Extended Stay America Newark for a month. The hotel is clean and conveniently located in Fremont. My room got a well equipped kitchen, the staff are friendly and I enjoyed my stay there!

Very friendly and professional front desk personnel. Facility was well maintained and very clean.

The rooms were ok but it was not that clean However, being able to cook was really nice.

Will not stay again .

The room wireless is charged several dollars per hour. After I checked in, the room renewal fee increased by 100 every day. During the renewal, the waiter deducted 100 dollars from me instead of refunding my 100 dollar deposit. I couldn't explain it clearly and he didn't have the patience to talk to me! The manager said he would talk to me again in the evening, and now I haven’t received the refunded deposit! ! I have lived here for more than 10 days, but the house has not been cleaned. Every time they promised me ok, ok, but they didn't clean. Last night, the woman on duty yelled at me, "you, Chinese, stop". Very bad 👎, I found their manager this morning, and his attitude was even worse, very arrogant, and he didn't say a word about what I said before. Finally, he told me that the hotel needs to be cleaned every 14 days, otherwise there will be a charge. I said I would write a bad letter He was very unfriendly and didn't care about letting me go. It was a nightmare.

The hotel is a bit old and has average facilities. At the same price, you can stay in a good hotel in China.
