JR-EAST HOTEL METS FUNABASHI Reviews

This is my second stay at this hotel. Remains an excellent choice if one is focusing more to the east of Tokyo area. The location is super convenient and the area has enough amenities and food to satisfy most visitors. Shopping is catered more for locals rather than visitors so dont set your expectations too high.

Great location, on top of the station is basically around the corner from one of the ticket gates from the Jr Station. The staff a very helpful, checkin is done via a machine with staff assistance if you need it (online staff haha) the rooms were very clean and spacious. Should consider this if you want a place near Disney but also reasonably price.

This is not the first time I am staying at this hotel. Very near to the train station. Lots of shopping area around. Front receptionist can speak and communicate English. Room is spacious enough for 1 pax. If you do not want to be at the downtown Tokyo, this is a good option. Keisei train can go directly to Narita though it is not a direct and fast train. Breakfast served at a small restaurant at level 2 next to Starbucks. Set meal (4 varieties to be chosen from) and some other food at the table can be taken too.

Good location, there are lots of shops and restaurants near by, and easy access to NRT, it is a good choice for short stay .

Room smelly smoking cahr relax

Very good for me. This is my first time to Chiba. My girl friend love it so much because the hotel is close to the JR station. It is so convenient that we do not have to look at Google Maps to find the JR. The room are clean and the staff are very nice. I like the coffee and the comb that is free to have. If I have to go to Chiba again, I would book this hotel for sure. Great experience for us, thank you so much!

Directly connected to Funabashi Station. 0 minutes' travel time. The avocado tuna bowl for breakfast was healthy and delicious. The front desk is on the 6th floor, and our room is on an even higher floor, so we weren't bothered by the noise of the station or trains at all. More than anything, the room was very clean and comfortable, and I was able to get work done efficiently. There were lots of stylish bath salts at the front desk, and I couldn't resist using them, so I used the bathtub many times over the three days. I'm the type of person who thinks that in the hot summer, it's more comfortable to stay directly connected to the station than to stay in a hotel in Tokyo that requires a short walk to the station, so I'll probably stay here again.

It is close to the subway station and there are several large shopping centers nearby, so shopping is convenient. Transportation is convenient, so it is easy to move around when traveling. Breakfast is very tasty and varied.

I stayed alone! It was my first time, but I was comforted by the polite service at the front desk. Also, they kindly kept my luggage for me before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful! I would like to stay again!
