The warm service from the front desk staff truly created a home-like atmosphere, allowing us to relax and savor every moment. It was a wonderful and unexpected highlight of our journey.

The room facilities are definitely quite dated; the door is starting to warp. However, having hot spring water piped directly into the room is a great plus. The service and guidance were pretty good. It definitely needs a renovation, haha.

The hotel's location is superb, right by the main entrance of the resort and next to the Grand Theater, with the commercial street just a stone's throw away. Directly opposite, you'll find the Wase Lake attractions. The hotel features its own hot spring. We made it a point to visit every evening, and the pools were usually quite empty, helping us avoid the uncomfortable experience of overly crowded baths during the peak evening hours. The package we purchased included the Zhengxi Slide & Cable Car and water activities, which the kids absolutely loved. They provided round-trip shuttle bus service to the West Slope Transfer Center and airport transfer. Our whole family was thoroughly satisfied, and we'll definitely return if we have the chance.

Halla Mountain Hotel features hot springs, which is very convenient if you're staying there to enjoy them. However, it seems there aren't many rooms available. The Wanda Resort itself offers attractions like waterslides and a cable car, which were included in our accommodation package. Unfortunately, the front desk staff seemed completely clueless about these offerings. On the positive side, dining options within the resort are quite varied and comprehensive. The cable car ride up the mountain for scenic views was great. However, the slide activities were incredibly poorly organized. We had to queue for half an hour at three separate points, leading to a total wait of 1.5 to 2 hours. It felt like the staff were simply putting in their time and showed no interest in improving efficiency.

The room was very spacious, offering great value for money. Guests staying here can enjoy free access to the hot springs. Be warned, it gets extremely crowded in the evenings, so it's best to go right when it opens at 1 PM to avoid the rush. The hotel lobby on the first floor is packed with hot spring visitors. However, the guest service area on the fourth floor offered a much more comfortable environment.

Facilities: While the facilities are a bit dated, you can still tell they were originally fitted out to a high standard, maintaining a certain level of quality. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. Location: The location is excellent, very close to all the attractions and dining/shopping spots within the resort, so there's no need to rent a car. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was very good. Toiletries were replenished promptly, and the unlimited supply of bottled Changbaishan spring water was genuinely delicious. Overall Experience & Value: This hotel is one of the more affordable options within the Wanda Resort. I was a bit hesitant when booking, but it truly exceeded my expectations. The biggest highlight is the hotel's private hot spring. It's incredibly convenient to enjoy, and I learned that all other hotels in the resort used to send their guests here for hot spring access. Seeing other guests lugging their bags to the hot springs while I could simply stroll downstairs in my bathrobe gave me a real sense of privilege.

The room was spacious and featured an excellent, quiet layout with two bedrooms and a living room, making for a very comfortable stay, perfect for a family vacation. The service was outstanding; the front desk attendant was exceptionally thoughtful and helpful. The hot spring was spotless, with fresh, natural spring water changed daily. They even offered a complimentary breakfast for our child. The service truly went above and beyond. The hotel's location was also fantastic, making it convenient for dining, accommodation, and getting around. We were highly satisfied with our stay.

The room was generally clean and well-maintained. The hotel's hot spring is the only one within the resort area, making it incredibly popular and drawing many visitors. The breakfast offered was good, with a clean environment and a wide selection of dishes. Furthermore, its location makes it very convenient to get to all parts of the resort.

The 1.35 twin room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was quite generous, and the hot springs were excellent. Guests could come and go freely, which was very convenient. The guest perks were also great. Its location right at the resort entrance was incredibly convenient.

We came specifically for Tianchi Lake. The suite we stayed in was perfect for families with children. The stay included perks like hot springs, a cable car ride, a lake cruise, and a slide. You get one use of these perks for each night you stay, which offers significantly better value than other hotels, where these perks are usually limited to just one use throughout your entire stay.

The room was very spacious, offering beautiful views of the lake and forest. Getting around the resort and dining were both incredibly convenient. There are plenty of fun activities to experience. We took the cable car with our kids, and the views were truly breathtaking – excellent value for money! The hotel boasts numerous hot spring pools, giving guests a wide variety to choose from. We specifically picked this hotel because we love hot springs, and to our pleasant surprise, not only were the hot springs great, but the other facilities were fantastic too. The breakfast coffee was wonderfully aromatic, and the stir-fries were delicious.

As standard rooms were unavailable, we received a complimentary upgrade to a family suite. The stay was incredibly comfortable. It's very close to the food street, and coming back to soak in the hot spring after a long day of exploring was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. Absolutely fantastic!

Great location! Wanda Town is situated right on the lakeside. The rooms are spotless, and each features a private hot spring bath. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a wide variety of options. Just a short walk away, the lake provides numerous family-friendly activities, and with flowers blooming along its banks, the scenery is truly beautiful!
