Forgive my ignorance, but this is truly the first time I've encountered a hotel charging for a cable. Getting ready for bed, I was thankful I'd brought sheets and pillowcases; otherwise, I absolutely couldn't have tolerated the yellowed pillowcase and the pilling sheets. The next morning, I went to the front desk to get my deposit back. The clerk gave me a large wad of change, and I said, "You received the deposit via WeChat; please return it to the original payment method." The waiter looked timid and said, "We don't offer that service." Speechless, I couldn't find a place to put my money, so I had no choice but to hold up the wad of change you gave me and go to the restaurant to finish my breakfast. Fuyu is my birthplace, and I have a deep love for this place. All the beauty of this journey to find my family was almost ruined by you. I advise Shengxiang to change its philosophy, update its facilities, and improve its service; otherwise, it will definitely go out of business!"
