"Went to a live band concert (Dreams by Fleetwood Mac) and decided to book at the venue. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. Very clean and tidy in presentation. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and there were extra blankets and bedding, in the room so we did not have to ask for anything. The units were very secure and would totally stay there again."

"I always wanted to stay at Holiday Park, and I finally stayed there on the way from Brisbane to Cairns. This BIG4 is right by the beach, close to the city, and convenient for shopping nearby. When I checked in, I didn't know the rules of the stay, but it was actually very convenient. I just needed to get the key from the designated box, find my cabin and open the door. The room facilities were very complete, the bed was very clean, and when I left, I just had to return the key to the designated box and I could leave. It was also a very interesting way to check in."

"Absolutely blown away by the newly refurbished Hotel Allen! The venue looks fantastic, the food was excellent, the service was friendly and efficient, and the meal sizes were spot on — great value all round. What impressed me most though was how well the team handled their first week of trade. In Townsville, we see it all the time when a new place opens — everyone rushes there at once, staff struggle to keep up with the sudden influx, people have bad experiences, and unfortunately they don’t come back. That absolutely was not the case here. The staff at Hotel Allen were organised, welcoming, and handled the busy atmosphere brilliantly. It’s clear a lot of effort has gone into both the refurbishment and the customer experience. Outstanding first week of trade — keep up the great work!"
