B&B Hotel Genova Principe Reviews

This is definitely a budget hotel. The bed mattress was way too soft for me. Felt like just a big foam pad. Bathroom is very small but room was a good size. The best thing going for the hotel is the front desk staff. They were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located directly opposite Genoa train station, offering views of the surrounding area and the station from the windows. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Most city center attractions are just a 10-15 minute walk away. There is no on-site parking, so guests will need to use paid parking facilities nearby.

It's right across from the train station, making it incredibly convenient! The location is absolutely fantastic. The room itself is quite spacious, and the bathroom is also very roomy. They even have a charmingly retro, old-fashioned elevator. However, the amenities are very basic; you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, tissues, and slippers. It's perfectly fine for a short stay, like a couple of nights, if you're just passing through. The staff service is pretty good. I frequently asked them for water refills, which saved me a fair bit on buying bottled water, haha.

Overall, a good experience. Facilities: The facilities were quite comprehensive, including vending machines and a kitchen. Cleanliness: Very good hygiene; the floors and sinks were all quite clean. Environment: The environment was great, offering panoramic views of Genoa. Service: The service was exceptional. Staff were helpful even with an early morning check-out.

The location cant be better, it just next to the Genova Principle station.

Right next to the train station. It's a renovated old building, though the elevator is still old-fashioned. And, like many European hotels, it has a noticeable lack of amenities.

This hotel was great. It’s next to the main train station and a 2 minute to the metro. The city is a short walk as well. The room was very spacious and mine had a nice view looking out over the port. The breakfast was great as well with lots of options each morning.

The hotel is exceptionally close to the train station, and from what I've seen, it's easily one of the better hotels in the area.

Hotel staff was very helpful and quick to meet us upon arrival. Had a problem with the ac system and they were very helpful to get it taken care of. Also suggested a Wonderful restaurant and ice cream place.
