The check-in at resort hotel is confusing and slow. The hotel now comes with WiFi provision in the rooms. Quite a long walking distance from the hotel to First World complex.

Hotel is clean and room spacious. Was charged RM 5 for checking in 10 minutes before official checkin time. The hotel is surrounded by trunk roads, which mean noisy motorcycles and cars pumping their modified exhausts can be heard throughout the day and night. windows are not sound proof

Had a short stay at Resort Hotel Genting and it was super convenient since it’s right in the middle of everything—casino, SkyAvenue, and food spots are just a few steps away. Room was clean and comfy with a nice highlands view. Easy check-in and chill vibes, perfect for a quick getaway.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep. The view is the best. I hope one day we will come back again😊👍

The hotel is quite dated and the room is without air conditioner. Good access to the cable car and the main crowded area.

Good to stay, room clean and well maintained. My booking with complimentary breakfast. Food variety is amazing. Have a good stay here, will rebook this hotel again in future Genting trip. I like the view from my room.

Location is near to shopping area. Need queue for buffet breakfast. Soundproof is bad, can hear sound of the neighbours and road side.

Hotel is conveniently connected to the malls and theme park. Rooms are well maintained, check in and checkout are automated...minimal human interaction. Breakfast is off-site but not too far away albeit a little crowded.
