"2.1 night 3500RMB, it feels a bit expensive. But this is a hot spring hotel with an excellent experience and impeccable service. Take a taxi from JR Gero Station to the hotel, free of charge. The reception staff is warm and thoughtful, and takes good care of every detail of the hotel and the room, which makes people feel very considerate. They don't even charge tips, which is very polite. Accommodation includes one night and two meals, the dishes are rich and varied, and the taste is amazing. Especially dinner, it can be called a feast for taste buds, but breakfast is slightly ordinary in comparison. The room I stayed in has its own private soup, and you can also watch the gorgeous fireworks festival. It is so comfortable that I didn't go to the open-air bath on the eighth floor of the hotel. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared welcome snacks, exquisite kimonos, and coffee in the lobby bar is also free, showing quality and care everywhere. Everything here makes me very satisfied, and the price of drinks is also very affordable. The only small drawback is that you have to eat breakfast at 8 o'clock and check out at 10:30, so you can't sleep in, otherwise it really can be called full marks💯"

"The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Gero Station, a short uphill section that might be tiring with large suitcases. The hotel staff are very polite and attentive during check-in, providing information about nearby attractions and recommending restaurants and local delicacies. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and has a private onsen (hot spring) that requires reservations; the price varies depending on the time of day (¥3500-4000). Maximum occupancy is 3 people."

"The room is exactly the same as in the photo. The room I booked has an open-air private bath. The water quality of the private bath in the room is the same as that in the hotel, but the temperature is different and relatively lower. Because the time to reserve the rented hot spring is too late, I gave up directly. The room is relatively large, so the air conditioning is not particularly hot, but the Japanese tatami bedding is very warm and very comfortable to sleep. Service: Very good, Japanese service, the luggage is helped by grandfathers or female waiters, which makes me a little embarrassed. Environment: The atmosphere of the hotel decoration is first-class, the courtyard is deep, ancient and quiet. There are skin care products in the room, and pola is good. Great! I chose Japanese cuisine for dinner and breakfast, the set meal of Hida beef, with sashimi, barbecue and shabu-shabu, haha, not bad."

My husband, who loves trains, was very impressed to be able to watch the trains passing over the iron bridge. It was a surprise for him as he had no idea about it. The hallway to the private dining room was also an exciting, wonderful space that gave us a taste of the extraordinary, and we were also impressed by the hospitality of the waitresses. Each dish of food was carefully prepared and delicious, and healthy for our bodies. We would definitely recommend this inn to others."

"It was so good. They come to your room and prepare both dinner and breakfast. The meal was pretty and varied, so it was nice to look at and it was delicious! If you call after eating, they will clean it up for you and put the blanket on the floor for you. They will also clean it up in the morning and prepare you breakfast. The onsen was small but sufficient. Also, if you contact the accommodation in advance, you can also use the free shuttle between Gero Station and the accommodation!"

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful, the room was amazing and the staff were very friendly. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast course was the most intense that we've ever had. Their onsens were very good, if you arrive right on check in and then rush to the rooftop onsen you may be able to have it yourself and that was a very nice and memorable experience. They have an iPad that tells you how busy the public onsen is which was also useful. We also got the room with a private onsen and that was really good too. Very grateful for the fond memories and thankful for the wonderful experience."
