"Excellent site. We always go there with our teenage son, because we think it is an excellent location, the trea**ent of the staff, we have no complaints, they are always very friendly; The rooms were impeccable, the beds very comfortable; In short, a very welcoming a**osphere.
I think if they continue like this, we will never change it."

Quite complete breakfast and very attentive and friendly staff.

"Hotel was very clean. I was asked daily if I needed anything from the cleaning staff. Staff in general were excellent on arrival and always pleasant whether that was entering or leaving the hotel.
The hotel offers FREE 24/7 access to a coffee machine that is located in the reception. I never had the breakfast, but it looked half decent, with a selection of meats, breads and pastry as well as some hot food options.
Not kettle or anything like that in the room. However and fridge and a safe are there.
The only thing I had a slight issue with that was okay due to the temperature was the air conditioning, when I put it on to go cold, it actually made the room hotter. With the weather not being to hot, i could open the window and it cooled the room down.
All in all. Great staff. Clean rooms. A decent location. Would come back."

"Habitación limpia, pero muchas cosas que arreglar. El techo donde el aire A/C la pintura está saltada de a ver habido una fuga. Si el interruptor de luz de la entrada no está dado no funciona ninguna luz y tampoco los enchufes de la cama por lo que siempre tiene que estar dada la luz. Las paredes como todas, se oye todo. Lo bueno es la piscina, que el coche le aparcas debajo de la habitación y la gente muy amables."

"We have spent 3 days in a bungalow, it is true that the facilities are not the most modern, but we must give a 100% good score to the cleanliness, kindness of the girl who greeted us upon arrival, perfectly functioning facilities, such as refrigerator, kitchen , microwave, a/c... Daily cleaning of them. And at 10:00 p.m. total silence throughout the premises. Common areas such as swimming pool and barbecue are also phenomenal. Restaurant staff very kind and friendly. We will return without a doubt. A 10 in every way."

"Although the location of the hotel is a bit hard to look for, which took my Uber driver awhile to get there, the hotel itself was great. The things are mostly clean and the bed is comfortable. But the room entrance door is quite different to open and I spent some time opening it. The staffs are nice and willing to help. They could speak English, which is rare in Spain, even in an area that’s far from the central of Madrid. It adds a point to the service bit."
