"On a stop over from SEQ to FNQ our family had a wonderful meal all round, chicken and vegetables, pizza, kids meal and chips and pastas, they were all delicious, packed with beautiful flavours. Could not recommend all. Great service as well. Friendly, kind and accommodating. We sat outside on alfresco balcony, overlooking the kids play area. Great night had by our family."

The furniture is old, the curtains can't be drawn, changing clothes in the room inconvenient, and the air conditioner has a musty smell. The bed is clean. There's only one bathroom with a shower in the hotel, which might be inconvenient for big families. We didn't receive check-in information from the hotel in the morning of our arrival and had to call to inquire, this was a bit unsettling. It would be best to inform guests of the check-in process and password a day in advance."

"All I can say is below average. Waited over an hour for the food. Poor girl serving did her best but they were really busy and no help in sight. This is the third and last time we try this place. I like to give people a chance, but come on. You've got a great area from a beer garden perspective, except where you're eating, people are smoking and the smoke goes into your food. The food came finally, just really average. Not worth the over hour wait. Just wanted a quick lunch. Suggest you pick your game up Gin Gin Hotel. You have a great location and plenty of room. Shame about the quality. "

"The rooms has been recently updated, with a whole new fit out, which well laid out and designed, plenty of room, very supportive for the working traveler with desks and seating. The room was very comfortable as was the bed, spotless and the team amazing. The motel is located not too far from town (walking distance) and there is plenty to eat nearby. The room is very well appointed with large flat screen, access to streaming apps, mini fridge, microwave and mini kitchenette. I realise by providing this review, the secret of how good it is will be out. Oh, and undercover parking. Sorry, I didn't take and photographs, because I was busy with work."
