This very comfortable and affordable three bedroom, two bathroom home is ideal for families, couples or small groups. House is close to swimming beaches, the surf, cafe's and cycle/walking paths. Whatever your holiday activity, or whether you just want to relax with a glass of wine taking in the views to the national park, Beachside Dreaming is comfortable, ideally located and is value for money. Due to local council requirements, there is a limit of 5 guests permitted to stay.The house has 2 queens, one double, one single bed and a travel cot. The house is licensed for 5 guests plus an infant in a cot (not bed).The house is baby and toddler friendly, fully fenced and includes a cot and high chair. There are no steps making life easier for toddlers and the disabled. Plastic cups, crockery and cutlery provided for little ones.Wireless Broadband connected. Reverse cycle in kitchen/dining/family with fans in bedrooms (if needed).Gnarabup/Prevelly is the beach region 10 minutes to the west of Margaret River town (famous for the Margaret River Pro at Surfer's Point and of course the numerous wineries). You would be staying in the heart of the Margaret River region, but still have easy access to other areas in the wider south-west regions such as Yallingup, Dunsborough, Eagle Bay, Gracetown and Augusta.Beachside Dreaming is NOT A PARTY HOUSE and is not suitable for guests wishing to make undue noise.
