"This hotel was perfect for my vacation. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The hotel has a great location, close to Macquarie Centre and the subway station, with a wide variety of dining options nearby. It's also convenient for visiting various attractions. The breakfast provided by the hotel, while simple, was enough to give me plenty of energy to start my day."

"Lovely room but the on-site parking is terrible. Could not get into the very few spaces left due to little to no room to manoeuvre or the space so small the car wouldn't fit (and my car is an average size Hyundai Tuscon. There were so many large cars - big SUVs and large sedans - but the car spaces widths are more aligned for small cars. We had to park next door at Ultratune and walk back in the rain."

"Facilities: The facilities are a bit old but fully functional. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Environment: Convenient location, and it was quiet at night, so I slept well. It's only a 3-minute drive to the shopping center. Service: The 24-hour front desk staff was very friendly. They gave me a parking discount and even thoughtfully helped me dispose of my trash. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly, and they kept the room spotless. The only slight drawback is the $20 daily parking fee. It would be great if parking were free for hotel guests."

"This hotel was great! It's very close to the station, making it super convenient for transportation. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were very kind. Although there isn't a large supermarket nearby, the Macquarie Shopping Centre at the next station has everything you could need, which is very handy. I even walked there to do some shopping."

"We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times over the past few years and always had a great experience, but unfortunately, this time fell short of expectations. The TV in our room wasn’t working, and when we contacted reception for assistance or an alternative, we were simply told to contact the technician ourselves. This was quite disappointing, as it impacted our stay — we didn’t have much to do in the room without the TV, and it made the overall experience less enjoyable. On top of that, we were disturbed by a baby crying between 1am and 2am, and again in the morning, which meant we didn’t get a proper rest. We were really looking forward to another great stay, but sadly, it didn’t live up to the standard we had come to expect."

"Good location, bus stop at the corner, 10 minutes walk to Macquarie University Station and Macquarie shopping centre.Spacious room. Kitchenette has no food bowl and the two cups are plastic which are scratched. I dare not use. Very strange that after cleaning the toilet bowl, the seats are dirtier than before clean."

"A little bit far from CBD but traffic is convenient. Clean, safe and affordable room with private bathroom. Overall a nice place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Couldn’t find any better hotel in this price."

"The location was near to cemetery. The area was huge so the wifi was crappy. The pool was muddy and has not been cleaned for a while. Bunk beds were really small for adults. We waited for 2 hours for the room to get ready and they didn't even lay the bed sheets. We had to do it ourselves."
