"Вежливый и дружелюбный персонал! Забронировали люкс с завтраком на 4х человек, в отель поступили данные, что завтрак оплачен на 2х человек. Это камень в сторону Трип ком, кстати, не первый раз у нас такое, в прошлый раз в Индии, в Гоа так же разбирались в отеле из-за неправильных формулировок Вашего сервиса. В Гоа нас категорически отказывались принимать без доплаты за дополнительные 2 завтрака на детей, проблема была решена, но с помощью ругани с Ресепшн, вмешательства менеджера трип ком, потерянного времени и испорченного настроения. Короче! Здесь нам сразу сказали, что сами разберутся со всеми системами бронирования и посредниками, избавили нас от ненужной суматохи и просто принесли 2 дополнительных ваучера на завтрак! Мелочь, а приятно! Молодцы. Номер отличный, все есть! Локация отличная. До центра на машине недалеко, пешком наверное будет неудобно. Отель расположен на берегу реки, рядом с Петровской набережной. Завтрак для такого отеля тоже вполне хороший."
