"The front desk was excellent. I wish our room had air conditioner. We had a unit that ventilated out side. It was loud and Almost in the middle of the room. We were so hot at night, that we actually were sweating and it was hard to sleep.it was so hot. We sweat to high heaven at night in the bedroom! If there is a next time, I will ask before going up, does the room have a regular air conditioner??? I never thought I had to do that. We even checked in after3."

"Had an amazing visit…the king suite with balcony was perfect! So very spacious with the full bathroom off the bedroom and half bath in the living area. Quick check-in process with the friendly staff and the evening reception was really good as well. Breakfast was delicious…the made-to-order eggs (omelets) were the best! Definitely looking forward to visiting again when we’re in the Dallas area!"

"I went to Dallas a lot a few years ago. When I came back after the epidemic, I found that Dallas is indeed one of the rare cities in the United States that is constantly improving and becoming more modern. The hotel is an apartment hotel owned by Marriott. It has a kitchen and shares the front desk with the courtyard hotel next door. It is next to a Hilton. Although it is a different brand, it seems that the actual owners are the same. The hotel is cleaned at the request of the guests, which is exactly what I want. The gym equipment is a bit old, but there are few people exercising, so it’s enough for your own use😁. The breakfast is just the usual American style. What is a bit surprising is that there is always fresh-cut fruit. The only problem I encountered was that the five washing machines broke down at the same time. The front desk suggested that I go to the Hilton to wash them, but they didn't charge me for the washing powder. Tip: Hilton has complementary freshly ground coffee. "Grand Hyatt Hotel has a great location! It is located above the security entrance of Terminal D. After breakfast, you can go downstairs and directly check in your luggage and go through security. Breakfast is a menu and you can order it. French toast is very good. If you order fruit, there are rich varieties and large quantities. The Texas Angus steak for dinner is very good. The gym is on the top floor. Unfortunately, the treadmill is in the middle, and only the bicycle and climbing machine are by the window. The outdoor swimming pool is hot water. The room is nothing to say. It is much better than the Excelle, which is a little further away from the airport, and Hilton and other hotels in the city. After all, the price is there. The aunt at the front desk is very enthusiastic. She helped us check in very quickly and gave each person two bottles of water. As well as slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb and other toiletries.
