"The suite was large and comfortable, while the standard double room was much smaller. The hotel is quite historic, so the facilities are relatively new. The mattress and pillows were averagely comfortable, but the rooftop view was quite good. It's close to the pedestrian street and attractions, and valet parking is available. The downside is the poor soundproofing, which is truly terrible."

"This was a good hotel and the rooms are comfortable. The location is ok, being not far from a tram stop which means it does not take long to the centre or the train station. There is a Billa supermarket right beside it if you need any refreshments. The staff seemed friendly. I had been sad about the closing of the Ibis at the main station but this seems an ok replacement for my needs keeping inside the Accor group of hotels without paying too much."

"1) When I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM, I found out that the hotel closes at 10:00 PM. The reception desk was empty, no one was there, and I hadn't received any emails or notifications. I tried calling the receptionist on duty, but he didn't answer. I tried calling the number provided by ***********, but they said, "Come back in the morning." Ultimately, I couldn't get into the hotel, and my money was gone. 2) Moreover, the hotel had the nerve to charge me 6 euros for parking. 3) There are no receptionists at the hotel—the owner cut corners on everything. What if something bad happens, like a fire? Maybe the owner cut corners on the fire extinguisher, too? 4) I know that some organisations (specially apartments) doesn't work 24/7 but neither *********** nor hotel predicted me during booking. Actually after hotel kicked me out, it send me instructions how to open safe with room key when reception sleeps, But sent AFTER, not before I came and lost both money and mood. Actually email indicated the closing time of 9pm, not 10pm as was mentions at reception itself"

"This was the perfect spot for a short stay in Graz. A lovely hotel, rooms have great character, and are clean and spacious, and everything is within a short, safe walk - the river, the pedestrian streets, town hall and restaurants. They have a cheap parking deal with a garage a few blocks away, but there’s a short stay spot out front so you can drop your bags and then head off and park. Graz is a fabulous city, and Boutique Hotel Dom has everything you need for a perfect stay."

"My stay at the Wiesler Hotel went beyond my expectations. I booked the tiny room because I am not fussy about having a big room. When I entered the room I was disappointed because the bed was above ground level and that it's a no no for lumbago sufferers, such as I. The size was actually quite decent, certainly no 'tiny' at all, and so was the bathroom but the bed put me off. I walked down to the reception desk, and I asked for an upgrade. I told the senior gentleman at the desk (could he be the general manager or even the owner?) that I did no like the bed without footboard. He was most understanding and he issued 2 keys for me to check and to choose from the Comfort bedroom and the Grand bedroom. I chose the former -the bed had a proper footboard, legs and headboard. He offered me to stay at the Grand for the same price of the Comfort, I was very pleased by the kind offer but I said that I was happy to go for the Comfort. As he insisted I accepted the Grand bedroom, which has the size of a one-bed apartment. The location is spot on: it's right in the city centre with views to the river Mur in front. I had the buffet breakfast in my last day too and I highly recommend it if you enjoy a good quality and varied breakfast. I've tried the local red wine too at the bar in the lounge, which was excellent and at a surprising low price- after all this is Austria! The decoration of the rooms aren't the typical you find in a 4 stars hotel with history and the curious eye has seen in the lobby's beautiful colour lithographs that the hotel has changed its style a few times over the last century. But it won't put me off to stay back tat the Weisler next time I am in Graz."
