Beautiful and clean. Good place to travel in guanajuato. We enjoyed very much.

No parking at site, it was very clean and had a good breakfast, very clean and quiet. Lots of stairs though for older people.

The location, service, and rooms are all great! The staff were kind and always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were cleaned well, and the amenities were always replenished. We could see the colorful houses from the terrace, and we often relaxed there. We'd love to stay here again if we come to Guanajuato.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. It has unique features and makes people feel bright after entering. It has a sense of historical sedimentation. There is an old tree that seems to be a hundred years old in the hotel. The walls of the hotel are also covered with various paintings. Even the room card is unique.

The hotel itself has a sense of age and the rooms are warm and comfortable. The location is very good, in the center of the city, easy to walk to everywhere. The breakfast service was also very attentive and the waiters were very enthusiastic.

I was freezing to death in the middle of the night. The doorman was nice, but the service was average. He made me wait until three o'clock to check in. I could communicate normally in English, but I was really freezing to death. The room didn't match the photos and was misleading. I really can't complain. I don't want to experience being woken up by the cold in the middle of the night again!

The location of the hotel is good, the front desk is very good, the environment is beautiful The hygienic conditions are not very good, the sound insulation is poor, and there is no air conditioning. Basically, it is too hot to sleep at night. People who are afraid of heat choose carefully

整個酒店室內公共空間很有趣，客房分佈和空間的改造非常有創意，是瓜納華託給人驚喜的一個部分。 餐廳就在中央大廳裏，早餐豐盛。 屋頂有可愛的露台、迴廊，不同方向分別能看到皮皮拉雕像和代表性的城市風景。我們住5層，可以很方便的享用。 工作人員熱情幫我們解決了不少問題，英語交流無障礙。

とても可愛らしいホテルでした。 ホテルに入ってから部屋に向かうまでの道も作りがオシャレで素敵でした。 部屋は広めでした。外側の窓はありませんでしたが、中庭？向きの窓がありました。wifiも問題なし。アメニティも必要最低限のものはあったと思います。 場所はグアナファトの街を回るのに便利な場所です。ちょっと大変ですがピピラの丘も歩いていけます。

酒店很漂亮，交通便利，就在老城區的中心位置，旁邊就是弗裏達丈夫的博物館舊居，打車也可以開到酒店門口。

位置非常好，服務人員熱情，酒店很漂亮，西班牙殖民風格，很安靜雖然深處鬧市。住在瓜那華託不二的選擇。推薦！
