The staff was friendly and cooperative, and overall service was good. However, the room was quite small, making it a bit difficult to move around comfortably. The cleanliness was acceptable, and the breakfast was very good with a pleasant sitting environment. One important thing to note — the name shown on Trip.com was Preferred Convenience Hotel (Guangzhou Lukou Subway Station), but the actual name of the hotel is Youxuan Convenient Hotel. Because of this mismatch, my driver couldn’t find the location easily, and I had to pay an extra 160 RMB for the ride.

The hotel is about 800 meters from the metro station, and the room was renovated. And averagly maintained.other service is good, and breakfast is traditionally Chinesed.

Hotel room was very comfortable and suitable for foreign travelers. The bed is soft and they have firm and soft pillows for restful sleep. The staff is nice and the lobby has coffee and tea for guests. There are plenty of food options nearby and the metro is a short walk away. I would recommend this hotel for any solo foreign travelers

As I promised myself last spring, I returned to this hotel again. This time I was a little bit unlucky with the room (416). It was far from the elevator, and nothing broke the silence except ... the sound of pouring water in the next room in 2 a.m. :) Anyway, it is not about the hotel. I like to take a hot shower too. And the hotel allowes to do it: excellent water pressure, wonderful shower gel and shampoo. In general, I'll be back! Special thanks to the girl who cleans the room!

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's super close to Jiaokou Coach Terminal, with a bus stop right outside. The rooms were also quite new and well-maintained. Getting around Guangzhou from here is incredibly convenient, and there are tons of traditional Guangzhou food options right downstairs. I'll definitely stay here again!

It's my second staying in Guangzhou. Hotel location is convenient and near the subway train and public bus station . Room is clean and breakfast is tasty

Staff friendly and professional. Around 15 minutes walking from Line 5 Jiaokou metro station ( Exit B1- B2).

This hotel has comfortable rooms, clearly appointed bathrooms, and good service. Tasty breakfast, 24/7 tea and coffee at reception. Around 12 minutes from the metro station.

The room is so smelly with smoke. I ordered no smoking room but I can't move to another room. The location is about 15 minutes away walking to the subway station. Breakfast is so-so not so many varieties.

The overall experience at the hotel was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The staff wasn’t particularly helpful — they didn’t take the time to explain the basic information about the hotel or nearby facilities, which made the check-in process a bit confusing. The room itself was reasonably clean, and I appreciated that the bed linens were fresh and towels were changed every day. The atmosphere around the hotel had a nice local vibe, which added a bit of charm to the stay. However, the breakfast was quite underwhelming and could be improved with more variety and fresher options.

The staff wasn’t very helpful and didn’t explain anything when I arrived — I had to figure everything out by myself, like how the Wi-Fi works or when breakfast is served. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom wasn’t really clean, although they did change the towels every day, which I appreciated. The location is quite nice — about a 7-minute walk from the subway, in a local area with plenty of restaurants and shops around. They do offer breakfast in the morning, but it’s not very good and there’s no coffee included; you have to go downstairs to the entrance area if you want coffee. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay, but the service and cleanliness could definitely be improved.

Solo Traveller room with no window. I didn't mind since am I like total darkness to fall asleep. The issue was the heavy strong cigarette smell in the room with no ventilation its horrible 😫. The cleaning lady did a perfect job but the cigarette smell is there to stay. Breakfast is included buffet just the basic and everyday is the same kinda meal. Staff language barrier they dont speak English but they have a translation gadget. I give the staff a 5 for always trying to understand English and ready to help..Location lots of restaurants but for the locals and they have a lot of convenient stores outside... Transportation is an issue I had to doewnload didi..in the evening is hard to get a taxi..Metro is about 10mins walk. As one walks towards the metro you will find Western restaurants like McDonald's/ KFC/ domino's/ 7-11
