The room that we stayed in (private pool room) was absolutely stunning. The privacy of the pool was ideal and perfect for some fantastic times. There was a fair bit of building work going on, but that just makes us want to come back to see what changes. Breakfast was superb and the service was A* - more on that next...(Kit) So, Alisa (our liaison) was incredible, she fixed any issues and made herself very available over WeChat to make anything and everything happen for us. She is a truly lovely and professional lady. I hope I see her when we stay again (Philippa) 😊👏

The service was good, and the butler, Vida, was great and helped us a lot. The facilities were great too, the gym, the swimming pool, the access to the beach. Breakfast was not the best, but decent. Location was nice at the beachfront, but a little out of the way for other activities we wanted to do outside of Lingshui.

A wonderful hotel in a super clean and quiet area called Clearwater Bay. The service from Diana was excellent and she helped us to settle in and provided everything we needed with her brilliant hospitality. The breakfast quality was high, a great swimming pool and a nice private beach. The room was big with stunning views! Highly recommended!

Our stay at this hotel was an extraordinary experience, made exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Elena. From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday," creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture, combining luxurious comfort with a cozy atmosphere. The grandiose design blends beautifully with the tropical, jungle-like surroundings, offering a unique and immersive experience. The beach, with its clear white sand, adds to the paradise-like vibe. We are a family from uk travelling through China with our two sons 10 and 8 years old. The big plus of this hotel is the private and peaceful beach. This hotel has large enough grounds and spaces to feel not crowded and peaceful. Our lady butler spoke english and was super helpful. Food was good quality and nice choice, although we struggled a bit to find a variety of vegetarian dishes for our vegetarian son, having said that this was a bit of an issue everywhere we went. The hotel is situated away from the major tourist agglomeration which is very nice. The only thing we found strange was the music constantly played at the beach buffet. We would have preferred to listen to the waves and the crickets than the man made noise… I guess this maybe a bit of a cultural difference . On that note … the last orders at the bar are at 9:30pm. All in all we all had a great stay and would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

The service was attentive and patient. The room I booked for my parents had a dedicated receptionist, which made for a good experience. They even upgraded us to a larger, more comfortable suite. The hotel itself was also very beautiful.

The hotel boasts a Southeast Asian style, with a clean and soft private beach, lush tropical gardens, and a tranquil atmosphere. The private pool room (or something like that) I stayed in had a fantastic view! Not only could I splash around in my own room, but I could also see the sea! It was super close to the beach. The cleanliness was impeccable; guest rooms were deep-cleaned daily, public areas were spotless, and the pool water was crystal clear. I was delighted to meet Manager Darryl, one of the few truly personal butlers! Our pre-check-in WeChat conversation felt like a friendly exchange, very pleasant. Because I was sick and needed to drink more water, Darryl and the staff brought me tons of water. Darryl and the housekeeping department thoughtfully arranged and resolved all my other requests and questions. The housekeeping staff even gave me two little seashells, which I've already taken home! They're so cute. Despite not feeling well, my stay was extremely pleasant!

Our housekeeper, Diana, was attentive and responsive to messages and requests. The concierge and other staff were also very friendly. We were very satisfied with our entire stay. When we left the hotel, it was raining heavily during a typhoon. Diana and the concierge staff stood in the wind and rain to say goodbye until our car left. I'd definitely stay here again.

From the detailed introduction to amenities upon check-in, to the thoughtful welcome drink, to the prompt restaurant reservations, every step was prompt and heartwarming. The hotel's colonial-style décor and exquisite furnishings exude elegance, creating a sense of time travel. The rooms are first-class, with convenient smart devices, luxurious amenities like Dyson hair dryers, and the bedding is so soft it feels like sinking into a cloud. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bathroom is spotless. Such service and ambiance deserve a five-star rating!

The room was nice ~ my second stay. Facilities: The one point I missed is that it's definitely not a family-friendly hotel; there are very few facilities and activities for children. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the pool was clean and playful, but the new kiddie pool had a lot of floating debris and the water was cold. Environment: The Liberty Lighthouse is very close, just a short walk away. Service: Our housekeeper, Andy, was very helpful and gave us a room with a great view, right over the lighthouse. However, the villa area downstairs is being renovated, so it can be a bit noisy during the day.
