Hotel is old. Room for improvement for cleanliness. Bed is comfortable.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel looks old and location is not convenient. It’s around 15 mins walking from metro station. There’s no a proper shower and laundry place is awful. I booked if for 3 nights but changed my booking to stay there just 1 night. It was a horrible night

The atmosphere and facilities are old-fashioned. Just 10 minutes walk to Ximenkou station but the road is noisy in the night so it is a bit difficult to sleep.

We drove to Guangzhou and booked this hotel in advance through Ctrip. We double-checked that parking was available. Guangzhou was experiencing a typhoon, and the weather was turbulent. The hotel staff patiently guided us through parking. This place, formerly the Hainan Building, is quite quaint, with many foreigners and a truly retro feel.

The environment is dirty and messy. I booked the room type 15 days in advance, but when I arrived, they said they didn't have the room type I wanted, so I was given two very bad rooms. The actual condition of the room was seriously inconsistent with the pictures, which was suspected of false advertising. I want to complain to Ctrip.

I stayed in 3 hotels in Guangzhou for a few days, and this was the worst. I wasn't well prepared, but I didn't expect it to be so bad! The cockroaches at the door were there from the day I arrived, and they were still there the day I left!!! The towels were all rotten, and there wasn't even a disposable comb. It was dark, but there were many foreigners, and I felt like I had poked their nest. But one thing is for sure, it's really close to the places to play, so it depends on your choice.

The location is a bit remote and the facilities are old. Of course, at this price, you can't expect anything in this area. The bathroom door can't be closed tightly, and the light control button knob next to the bed is missing. The front desk actively guided me to the self-service laundry, which is in a corner on the first floor. You have to go through a corridor from the stairwell and pass a toilet to get there. It's almost an open-air environment, surrounded by a wall and a canopy. There are only two old washing machines and they haven't been cleaned for a long time.

A really shabby hotel with tight parking. I don't recommend it. It's the worst hotel of the same price, bar none.

Very satisfied. Good service. Clean and hygienic. Good air circulation in the room. The boss and staff are very nice. I will come to this restaurant again if I have the chance to come to Guangzhou in the future.

The room is not what the pictures show. It is smelly and old. Everything stinks.
