Having a staff member who spoke excellent Chinese was a huge plus; my check-in was incredibly smooth even with zero English. The hotel's location is superb, being extremely close to the Petronas Towers. The rooftop pool is also great – it can get quite busy, but the views, morning or evening, are absolutely stunning.

Title: Disaster Stay — Should Not Be Listed as a Hotel Review: Royce Residence was an absolute disappointment. There was no cleaning team, and the management was completely unresponsive and disorganized. The room smelled terrible, lobby was crowded with I don’t know how many other operators of the same building , which was mean to be residential , and most important not maintained. This place operates nothing like a real hotel — more like a neglected apartment block with zero service. Calling this a “residence” is misleading; it should not even be listed as a hotel. A total disaster from check-in to check-out.

We get Everything that was advertised as is. The staff were Professional and very patience with travellers - especially Siam who attended to us. Ease of securing luggages before checking in time - though I wasn't savvy with the phone - they were helpful. Accommodation was clean except the carpet BUT it could easily be replaced. 2 bathroom/toilet facilities made it comfortable. Appliances were modern new and clean. Beddings were awesome.

We had an amazing stay at Royce Residence. The room was spacious and clean. Our kid looks love an infinity pool on the top floor.

The service was excellent. The facilities are modern and well-equipped, especially if you plan on cooking. There's also a fantastic rooftop pool. The location is superb, just a 15-minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers.

The room amenities were decent. The absolute highlight is the rooftop pool on the 51st floor. The location is also fantastic, with the Petronas Twin Towers just a 15-minute walk away. My only minor complaint was the somewhat long waiting times for the elevators. Housekeeping was very thorough, which was a definite plus. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

The room is big and spacious, the pool view is spectacular awesome. Wyatt's service great. The bad part is the lift is slow. If they can improve on that, would be much better. Overall great.

Had a memorable and lovely stay here The Royce. The swimming pool is the gem of the building, where you can see KLCC Twin Tower from the rooftop swimming pool. The staff are well mannered and very friendly. As well as the customer service team. Good work guys 😘 Including other facilities, the building is well maintained and the room is very nice and breathtaking. New furniture and the bathtub made the trip very relaxing and enjoyable for me. Would definitely recommend to other traveller in KL! Hoping to come back next time ❤️
