This girls' trip was amazing! The hotel environment is fantastic, and the rooms are huge with great amenities. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, provided excellent service. Breakfast was also delicious. I'll definitely bring my whole family for a parent-child trip next time!

I got a free upgrade to a garden view room, which offered expansive views. I had booked a room with a private hot tub, and it was incredibly spacious, with a separate tub that was both comfortable and clean. The room facilities were excellent, and the service was also fantastic. The overall environment was great, with both outdoor and indoor hot tubs available. I also thought the buffet dinner was quite good.

Whenever I visit this hotel, I’m satisfied with all services. A few travelers in spacious areas for hot springs were there, even dinner buffet.

The front desk upgraded us for free to a room with a soaking tub. The room was very clean and new, and the hot spring was excellent. The service was great, and the buffet dinner was also plentiful. What I was most satisfied with was how clean the changing rooms were – no strange odors at all. I will definitely go back again.

The room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped. The balcony offered a stunning view of the Baishui Village waterfall. It was exceptionally quiet at night, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

Five-star rating! Everyone, from the front desk greeter to the check-in staff and even the cleaning aunties, was incredibly polite. My kid said they want to come back again next time. Service: Great. Facilities: New. Environment: Good.

The Grand Hyatt is consistently my top choice for hot spring getaways. The service is excellent and makes you feel right at home. The hygiene is great, the environment is beautiful with pleasant scenery, and the buffet is delicious too. I'll definitely be back!

The front desk service was excellent, but there were some oversights in cleanliness. A used tissue from the previous guest was found under the curtain in the corner, which hadn't been cleaned. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are mostly well-maintained. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn't cooling; the 16-degree room temperature directly gave me a cold. The hot spring was great, and it wasn't crowded at all at the end of the New Year's Day holiday. There was plenty of ginger tea and towels available. The seafood buffet dinner for 2 adults and 2 children (under 1.2 meters) was just mediocre.

we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. the receptionist gave us upgrade and the room was amazing. everything was clean, the room was spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable. the hot springs area was great too. the staff was very helpful and friendly. big thanks especially to Li Limin for being so kind and enthusiastic to help! 我们非常享受这次入住体验。前台帮我们升级了房间，房间棒极了！一切都很干净，房间宽敞，床又大又舒服。温泉区也很棒。员工非常热情友好，乐于助人。特别感谢李丽敏，她非常热情周到！

There were plenty of hot springs, and it wasn't crowded, so we basically had a pool to ourselves, and the water was quite clean. They upgraded our room for free, and it had a small hot spring tub on the balcony. The room was spacious enough and the environment was pleasant. The buffet dinner and breakfast were decent, among the better options compared to other hot spring hotels nearby. Overall, it was a good experience.

I thought going on the 9th day of the ***** New Year would help me avoid the crowds, but I was so disappointed! There weren't enough staff, I barely saw any, and it was hard to find clean towels. The next morning, I hoped the pool water would be cleaner, but it looked like some pools hadn't been cleaned properly at all, with a lot of debris and leaves, especially in the main pool – I doubt they even changed the water! Plus, some of the pools were supposedly under maintenance and simply weren't open. This really wasn't worth the 949 yuan price tag.

This is my third stay here; I'm a returning guest. As a visitor from out of town, Jiāhuá is always my first choice, and Liu Yan's service is excellent. I have two suggestions: 1. Many hotels now offer complimentary breakfast to guests. For example, the Wuhan Marriott, Xi'an Yunhe Yebo, and Ganzhou Hilton Garden Inn – I've stayed at all of these, and the hotel proactively offered a free breakfast. I feel this really elevates the hotel's service (these hotels also tend to proactively offer gifts and room upgrades). If Jiāhuá could extend similar courtesies to loyal customers, it would definitely earn even more positive reviews. 2. The hot spring actually opens at 9 AM today, but the restaurant reception told me 8:30 AM. Neither the hot spring reception stopped us nor informed us otherwise. My mother and I changed and entered at 8:40 AM, only to have to wait in the dry sauna. I suggest strengthening internal training. Otherwise, everything else is great.

The service is fantastic, and the rooms are clean and spacious. 小关 is an exceptional manager who upgraded us to a larger room. Hot springs are really beautiful. While the food options could be improved, the overall experience is great!
