Nice environment. Location is good. Close to a local small shopping mall with supermarket and food mall. When i drive a car to here, the security asked me to leave as this is not hotel. This is illegal. Later, I discovered that this is a condo. The owner rent it for hotel use. After arguing with the security guard, called the owner to come and solve it. It spent me 1 hour. Really tired and affect the holiday mood. The personal care products are not enough. Only a small bottle of shampoo, and 1 set of tooth brush. No refill even I stay for 3 nights. Also, no refill of clean towel. This experience is extremely poor. I communicated with the owner, they asked me to buy at 7-11. This is totally un-acceptable. Poor experience.

Nice condo but there were lots of ants in the condo. Not the cleanest place we have stayed.

The worst check in process Loud at nights impossible to sleep

The only thing I am satisfied with is that there is a 7-Eleven massage parlor downstairs and the mall is a few minutes' walk away. The experience is really bad. The hygiene is poor. There are clothes left by previous guests under the bedside table (Picture 1). The sofa cushions are black (Picture 2). I don't know if foreign apartments don't clean every day. They even charge for changing towels.

We arrived at the destination at around 3 o'clock that day. We waited for about 15-20 minutes under the sun for the staff to take us to the room. On the first day of going, the water was not flowing, there was no water for showering, so I had to monitor it myself all the time. I decided to call the trip officials to fix it. It was a very good solution. Thank you to the trip officials who cared and solved the problem until we were satisfied.

The room cleaning is not very fast, the price is expensive, the customer service is rubbish, and they will educate you and blame you first, the customer is really rubbish.

Wi-Fi is not good enough. Everything else is good. The gym and swimming pool are great.

The room is spacious, suitable for relaxing. The room reserved has 2 bathrooms and 2 bathrooms. I like it. Good location, complete with amenities.
