Great stay near the airport with free shuttle to Terminal 2. Good breakfast and heated indoor pool.

if you would like to stay one night will be acceptable but in winter time be careful heating is not working. Hotel needs realy refurnishing. Breakfast and reception were very good. Rest you would survive.

Staff was nice. Breakfast coul perhaps d be improved as well as the facilities. A good experience overall. Acceptable value for money. Great airport shuttle service. Would stay there again.

Good hotel. Excellent breakfast. Rooms a bit outdated, bad pillow. The bed were 2 connected beds which created a whole in the middle which was not so comfortable. Gym was too simple. I would stay again depending on price.

I was satisfied with this hotel very much. I plannef to live here for many times many days. It's too bad that this hotel can not deposit the luggage for some days, only one day. But I can't always take the luggage with me. So I have to cancel all the later reservation in this hotel, and shouldn't come back again.

Hotel is alright for a night stay. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are beautiful, the restaurant also is quite nice and the breakfast was definetly thr highlight of it. But the rooms are too worn out, furniture looking old, bedsheets with some stains, towels too thin, shower water was very little. Staff was nice, but checkin took a long time for no apparent reason.

Awful, seens like a decadent hotel . 1 hour time to wait suttle. Never return Back.

Awesome place!! The breakfast is outrageous…. Extremely good!! Really close to GRU and the shuttle takes out always on time. Hope to comeback soon.

Mid hotel not worth the price and not very clean

I had to wait for 4 hours, they could not allow enter the room even 20 minutes before, it's impossible to not be able to help someone who is in transit awake since 2am, not even 20 min before? And also, the breakfast charged was more than double the price it says in here... I'm really disappointed with this service.
