Close to Guildford and Surrey uni. Found a trace of spider web. But it’s still clean. No A/C but provided with a heater. Meals are available from breakfast to dinner.

It’s a small and cozy hotel, with a nice room and a good breakfast, the main plus is the kindness of the staff. We loved staying here

Absolutely amazing stay. Very safe parking, the rooms are very clean, well laid out, nice and warm, the staffs were extremely polite. I enjoyed my stay and I got to say was one of the best experience I had for a hotel stay in uk

The room is clean and tidy, and parking is convenient for 10 pounds a day. It's not far from the town center and the university, within walking distance. Very good experience.
