Exceptional experience staying in Qing LAN hotel! The room photos are exactly the same as the one online! Love the landscapes and hospitality in Guilin! Will try to come back and visit again!!!

First off, the staff was great, very kind and helpful. The breakfast is good, some options to choose from. The room was pretty clean and bathroom well equipped. Nevertheless, this hotel is nothing but a block of flats, the "superior king room" is extremely small and suffocating if you don't keep the A/C on all the time, bed is also small. The entire look of stairway and common spaces are like any other small block of flats in the area. The location is far from city and they have no option for food, you need to take taxi to city center to eat anything except breakfast . All the photos presented are fake, showing the public park nearby and not actually the hotel. Totally not worth the very expensive price for this room!

The staff was very attentive and caring. One lady who speaks fluent Mandarin and English greeted us and kindly guided us to our room. They checked in on us from time to time to make sure we have everything that we needed. There was shuttle service on call to drive us to nearby attractions, along with free bikes, photo shoot, and little gift. It made us feel welcomed, and we appreciate the gestures and services.

Apartment type hotel, spacious. Staying one night only, the food for breakfast was decent. The location right next to a beautiful park, hotel shuttles were very quick and convenient. Has old bikes for rent

Our stay was unforgettable, and this view says it all! The towering karst mountains rising against the blue sky created a scene of pure serenity. Waking up to this breathtaking landscape every morning was like living in a postcard. The hotel’s spacious rooms and floor-to-ceiling windows made the most of the views, while the outdoor terrace was the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. Pair this with exceptional service and delicious local cuisine, and it’s a destination that’s hard to leave. If you’re visiting Guilin, this is where you need to be – nature’s beauty at its finest!

when i come to guilin i try more than one hotel so all the hotel i try were good but if you need clean hotel with good view relaxed area have beautfull park with this for you the

Perfect stay! There are beautiful mountains around the hotel and you can enjoy the view at the balcony. Just minor cons are that there is no restaurant or shop close to the hotel. And Guilin’s downtown is around 20min ride. But near the hotel there is a must see park. The view is fantastic and there is a convenience store and restaurant. Hotel provides free transfer there and back. The receptionists at the hotel are very welcoming. Many thanks to the woman who speaks English! She helped me a lot with my taobao orders! I can definitely recommend this hotel!

This is an honest review! I am so glad I booked this hotel, from 5 years my dream was to visit Guilin and the most important thing and the highlight of my trip was this hotel! AMAZING is a little word to describe how fantastic my stay was! First the hotel is very clean. The view and the scenery is fantastic it’s so dreamy. Food is great. Location is also great easy to go to the downtown and sightseeing by taxi 20 mins and far away from the crowd and more into the hills. Price is amazing too. Last but not least the staff is what makes everything perfect in this hotel. I recently stayed at Qing Lan Hotel in Guilin and had an exceptional experience. Upon arrival, the check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was immediately handed my room key. My room had a beautiful mountain view, and everything was spotless. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a great variety of options. The hotel staff were outstanding—extremely friendly and helpful. They gave great recommendations for nearby attractions and even provided me with a hotel bike to explore the scenic area, which was a nice touch. Although the hotel is a bit far from downtown, it’s absolutely worth staying for a peaceful and scenic holiday. The view of the famous Karst Mountains from the hotel is breathtaking. Highly recommend!

Has an amazing stay and the place is clean and beautiful! The staff was so helpful and friendly. I’m definitely coming back especially because the food at the restaurant was great!

Guilin main precincts are not as aesthetic generally but once you get to the location if you do get the opportunity to book a Mountain View room I highly recommend it. It is quite remote however 20 to 30 minutes can get you to most areas of interest I strongly recommend staying for at least a week if possible and meditate and book a room with kitchen so you can cook. The rooms are designed very thoughtfully and very relaxing and definitely the aesthetic colour is wonderful. The staff at the front desk would you believe it or not? Is the first time I’ve actually spoken to somebody in English. Amazing!

We were in Guilin for 9 days, during which the city experienced its worst storm in 35 years ! The city centre was seriously flooded and there was no electricity. We were extremely fortunate to have stayed in Qing Lan - it is situated at a higher ground so was not affected. We were travelling with an elderly lady with wheel chair - first stayed at a Double bed room mountain view for 4 days and then the Family Suite Mountain View for 5 days. Surroundings - The nearby park (which hotel staff can take you there for free - outsiders have to pay. It's huge ! It's only about 5 mins walk to get there from hotel ) has the most spectacular view one can expect. It really has a "wow" effect. The best part is hardly anybody there. Staff members - This is the most friendly hotel I have ever stayed ! Staff members are not just professional - they genuinely care and give you a family feel. They looked after us so well to the extent we were a little touched :-) Location - situated in a quite area but about 15 mins drive to city centre (Ride costs about RMB 20 - 25). The scenery is indeed much better than city area Room - Since the hotel is new, everything is very clean, towels are new and beds very comfortable. Really nothing much to complain about. Food - The only drawback is there is only one restaurant nearby in the park. Breakfast is more than sufficient but not elaborate. You can order delivery easily should you want to have dinner at hotel, which was what we did for 2 days If you want a few days of peace and tranquility, I cannot think of a better place. Will definitely go back again ! To my knowledge, this is just Phase One,
