Highly responsive and well catered to our needs and requirements. Would recommend to anyone thinking of finding an accommodation in the area. Front desk was very helpful with all our queries. Around 15 mins drive to main city areas, so not super central but Didi in the area is very convenient, had no issue to get a Didi at any time.

We had a perfect stay at Heshe lakeside resort ! Melody and all the stuff were great ! They make sure the guests are comfortable and give you the best advices to enjoy your stay here ( the drivers were so nice and helpful) and we hope we will come back someday !

Excellent hotel to relax and enjoy with the family. Very clean, excellent service. If you are looking for an hotel with a lot of movement and noise, this is not your place, slightly far from town, but this is the big pro when you are looking for a place to relax after the trip around Guilin. Highly recommend to hire the trip in the hotel to the Longji rice terraces and minority village

I had a really good stay at the HesheLakeside resort. The room as well as the location was nice and had lots of spaces to relax. The service was excellent. Thanks for being so welcoming during my stay. I definitely recommend this hotel and I will come back to Guilin anytime soon. 谢谢!

This was the best hotel so far in China and we had great ones before too. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the room with view on mountains and lake was magical, especially the tea drinking area where we did our own little tea ceremony. The hotel provided 2 teas for free to try, which was so kind. The owner’s dog was the cutest thing, we took her to our room to play with her. :-) the breakfast and lunch were delicious. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming and even the level of English spoken was better than anywhere else in China. Hopefully I‘ll be back one day!

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area with an amazing view on a lake. Very friendly staff who great you personally every morning. The room I had booked originally was overbooked but I ended up in another room with probably an even better view for part of my stay.

We booked three rooms, and two were kindly upgraded for free. This is a wonderfully elegant, clean, and comfortable B&B. The breakfast was excellent and very satisfying. A great stay can truly be an attraction in itself, and this place certainly is! The hostess and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's definitely a superb place I'd highly recommend to friends.

While I rarely opt for guesthouses, the ambiance of this one was truly exceptional! 👍 The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the room's cleanliness was impeccable—even the most fastidious guest wouldn't find fault. You can experience the stunning Guilin landscape right from the guesthouse itself. Oh, and by the way, all the different kinds of Guilin rice noodles are seriously delicious!

When we came here, its all raining all day and we cant go anywhere but the view from hotel is sooo perfect so we just stay and enjoy the view from hotel. Everything great from the hospitality, facilities, and the location. The staff is also helpful, can speak in english so you dont need to worry when make a communication here. Near from the hotel there is jogging track that we can use for morning/evening jogging and bike and the place is also great. I would like to recommend to traveler who also want to enjoy the leisure time while want to enjoy every activities in Guilin City.

We had such a comfortable stay, and the location was so lovely and peaceful. Reed Flute Cave is at a walking distance, so it’s super easy to get to. The hotel staff were all really friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Qim, who took great care of us and made sure everything went smoothly.
