"Excellent Stay with the Sweetest Staff
From the moment we arrived, the check-in was swift and welcoming—truly one of the friendliest hotel teams we’ve met. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though a bit on the smaller side—but that’s to be expected in Japan. The breakfast buffet offers a nice variety, with options that cater to both local and Western tastes. All in all, a great experience and we’d happily stay again."
"Thank you for the wonderful service from check-in to check-out, the staff's attitude, and the cleaning of the room.
Even when speaking to my child, they were kind and tried to see things from his/her perspective, which made me feel at ease.
The breakfast buffet was also delicious, and we had seconds several times!
Thank you.
If I have the opportunity to visit Tokyo again, I would like to stay at this hotel!
Thank you!!!
It was a great trip!"
"The front desk staff is dressed in suits and masks and looks decent. They will check and copy passports. The entrance of the hotel is quite cute. There are vegetables on the shelves but no one is hawking and it is not noisy. There is also bread and other food in the lobby for easy purchase. The room has a window. There is no hand sanitizer in the bathroom. I hope it can be replenished. The hotel is still a little distance away from the subway station on foot, but it is not a remote place. I remember that there is a vintage store next to the hotel. There are commercial streets around it, many restaurants, spicy hot pot restaurants, and drug stores. I met a lot of students in the afternoon, there are quite a lot of residents, not many tourists. The weather is good and sunny, and the experience of shopping during the day is good. The disadvantage is that I can hear the sound of police cars patrolling on the first night. I am a little worried about safety. Fortunately, nothing happened."
"1. It is located right in front of the southern exit of Hachioji Station, so it is the best location to watch performances in Hachioji Station.
2. You can stay for up to 22 hours with an extremely cost-effective rate, checking in at 2 PM and checking out at 12 PM. You can fully relieve your travel fatigue.
3. The room is small and the bathroom is also small. It is not a vacation, so you will need someone to wash and sleep.
4. I think there used to be a small restaurant in the hotel, but it is no longer there. You have to use a convenience store, other restaurants, or marts around the station, which are 30 seconds away on foot.
5. There was only a smoking room, so I had no choice but to use the smoking room. There is nothing you can do about the wallpaper getting dirty, but the smell of cigarette smoke is not bad.
6. It is an unusually low-floor bed for a hotel bed. However, the stand next to it surprisingly acts as a side table, which is comfortable.
7. There is a desk and chair, but the chair is a bit uncomfortable because it hangs over the bed."
"Facilities: The room is well heated and has complete basic facilities
Sanitation: OK, not dirty
Environment: A few minutes walk from the JR station. Next to the JR station is the entrance to Mt. Takao. There are two convenience stores a minute walk from the hostel
Service: Self-service, the hostel provides very detailed instructions"
"It's close to the station, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room is clean.
Check-in and check-out were completed in no time. Since I had paid in advance, the process was very smooth.
The size was just right for one person.
The plum kelp tea amenity was very delicious.
The front desk staff were also very kind.
I will use it again if I have the opportunity."
A house for experience life in Japan with hosts Cooking Japanese food green tea calligraphy and so on We have a traditional tatamimat room where you see Japanese culture hands on If you cook together you dont have to prepare the ingredients yourself Lets start with going shopping together you can have it as breakfast and dinner This will be a very valuable experience Please feel free to ask me those of the cost
Mt Takao and Mt Jinba are nearby so you can enjoy mountain climbing
"The accommodation was so much better than what I thought! It's spacious and comfortable with the window view of the trees and 5 minute walk from the train station and Mt Takao trail. Youhei who greeted us at reception was outstanding in his customer service, he explained there would be vegan breakfast served daily as I put a request for vegan and didn't get a response that there would be vegan breakfast and he gave us tips on how to use the amenities here and how to communicate to the restaurant staff about our request. We enjoyed the bonfire and cooking corn which tasted amazing. The feedback I would give is the young Japanese woman who served us for dinner on the first night on Friday 12th July at 8pm, she was very quick to get the bill and take the money without being patient and focused, it felt like we we're not welcomed. Other than that I would come back again!"
"The cottage-style room locks the second Sam turn at the top of the entrance door and the electricity in the room is half gone.
I think the hotel side is probably locked from the outside for management and the electricity in the room is turned off.
I think that there was a comment that the room was not turned on by the word of mouth that the person who did not know the mechanism experienced the phenomenon that the electricity was not turned on.
I also noticed at check-out, so I thought it would be good to write, ”If you lock the Sam turn at the top of the door, the electricity will not be half turned on.”"

Great
SsabmiglightI love this hotel! I was worried at first cuz it was definitely far from tokyo city center however the room is so clean and nice, the train station is right outside, the staff is great too and they even have cute welcome gifts! I was definitely well rested each night after walking around tokyo. The area is very nice to explore too so the distance stopped being a big deal
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to JR Hachioji. There are many convenience stores, chain restaurants and izakayas within a 5-minute walk. The location is very good. The view outside the guest room window is open, but the only drawback is that the train is very loud. The train track is 10 kilometers away. The sound of the train is very loud, and the room window can be closed clearly.
GGorrionaThe room was very clean and had plenty of amenities.
The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable.
The low bed made the room feel spacious and I was able to stay very comfortably.
AAnonymous UserI made a same-day online reservation and stayed on Saturday night. It was enough for me to stay the night, so I looked for a cheap place to stay. Other than the smell of cigarettes (it was a smoking room, it was within acceptable range), I was satisfied. There was an electric kettle, but the water didn't boil... I should have asked how to use it. Although it's near the station, it's a short walk away so I didn't have to worry about outside noise. I would like to use the hotel again if I have a chance to come to Tokyo.
