"I booked a twin room. First of all, I was very satisfied with the size and cleanliness of the room. I personally think that the twin beds can accommodate 4 people. The width of the bed is wider than the hotels I have stayed in before. There is also a long sofa in the room. We checked in in the afternoon. When I opened the door, the room was clean and the sunlight was shining into the room. I was in a good mood. I really like the smell of their toiletries. The only pity is that I got up late and didn't have breakfast. This seems to be my first time booking a room on the Ctrip platform. I didn't make any mistakes [strong]"

Others: For the underground parking lot, it takes some patience to drive to the third floor below ground for the first time. It would be better if there were instructions on the columns! Maybe for environmental protection reasons, there are no small handkerchiefs for washing face, so they are shared with large towels. Not sure if the toilet seat is heated. The hotel has a great design with a stylish design. The elevators and elevator entrances are very tasteful, combining Chinese and Western styles. During this stay, Bolton International Apartment can overall maintain a clean and tidy living environment. The staff here can still provide attentive service. The only thing I found was that the carpet on the floor in the room was faded and didn't look very clean."

"I stayed here for one night while visiting my wife's hometown. When I arrived to check in, the front desk staff seemed shy and intimidated. I'm a foreigner, and I think their English was very limited. They only spoke to my wife and never really looked at me. The room was very modern, in fact, a bit too modern. Everything was automated, even the curtains. I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out how everything worked. Unfortunately, the section of the city where the hotel is located experienced several power failures while I was there. Whenever the power went out and came back on, my automated room would reset to the default settings. I also found several hairs and what appeared to be a spot of blood on one of my pillows. Finding that made me question the cleanliness of my room. Ultimately, I decided to check out a day early and relocate to another hotel down the road, where I had a much better experience.
