"It may be a relationship between the New Year, and there is only one person on duty at the front desk at night. Unfortunately, the upstairs of the room where I lived leaked water, leaked to the bathroom in this room, and I got up in the morning to see the basin. This place was full of water."

"Facilities: Excellent hardware, clean and tidy. Although located outside the scenic area, access is very convenient, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the hustle and bustle.
Cleanliness: Very clean, a safe stay.
Environment: Located in the North Gate Market, overlooking the ancient waterside street.
Service: From check-in to check-out, including luggage storage, every receptionist was warm and attentive. The welcome fruit we received upon check-in was fresh, not something that had been sitting in the room for ages, which was a nice touch.
Overall, my whole family enjoyed the slower pace of the hotel and would definitely go back."

"Facilities: The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are very new. Even if the window of the room is facing the river, there is no damp smell in the heavy rain.
Breakfast is relatively simple, but the taste is very good, enough to eat.
Service: The butler at the front desk and the younger brother are very enthusiastic, and will take the initiative to ask if there is any need for help, and the service is intimate.
The dumplings-packed activities of the Dragon Boat Festival are held in the lobby. The children are very happy and will come to live next time."

"The hotel is at the entrance of Yanguan Ancient City. The airport takes a taxi directly. You can enter and exit the scenic spot for free when you stay at the hotel. The tour bus also includes the scenic spot. It is also an unlimited ride. It is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is eaten in the restaurant. The food is rich. The hotel staff is sincere and courteous and take the initiative to help with luggage. It should be noted that there is no elevator in the rooms on the second floor, only the stairs. The air conditioner in the room can be adjusted, and the whole album accommodation experience is very good 👍🏻"

"Make a suggestion, I am a Trip.com Platinum member, I can enjoy the function of living first and paying later. I still pay online first and check in later. But when I checked in at the front desk, the front desk lady asked me to collect my deposit. Later, I told him clearly before confiscating the deposit. Fortunately, it was a family trip. It would be a bit awkward to receive important guests."

GGuest UserThis is my first time staying at Atour Hotel. I usually stay in star-rated hotels with my children. From check-in to check-out, the hotel provides guest-first service. I have to say that Atour's service is really good. Atour's breakfast is basically The products I selected are mostly eaten by guests of star-rated hotels. I personally feel that the breakfast is very cost-effective and the room is very clean. Overall, Atour left me with a very good accommodation environment.

GGuest UserWe had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding — the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, which set the tone for the rest of the experience.
The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was luxurious, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax and unwind. We especially appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary teas and neatly arranged toiletries.
The food was another highlight of our stay — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We still think about the pastries!
What stood out to me most was the décor throughout the hotel. Tasteful, elegant, and inviting, with a great attention to detail. Whether in the lobby, dining area, or hallways, everything was beautifully arranged and created a truly welcoming atmosphere.
This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and family!

GGuest UserFirst time being in Grand New Century Hotel. Started with warm welcoming at the front desk with Ms Wang(王翠); staffs here kind are helpful, certainly meet five star hotel standard .
Room are quite and clean with open view . Gym open from 06:30 till 22:00 . Good to have some exercise before bed .
Over all I had a great night here, would return for sure.

JJenniferBest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is high-tech, I got an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a Dyson hair dryer in the room, and the room aesthetics were cool. Hotel is right beside a giant shopping mall (Yintai City), and there are many amenities. Gym and self-service laundry are free and available 24/7, and your room can monitor the progress of the laundry. Overall just super value-for-money and an absolute steal.

If you drive yourself, you can only park in the parking lot, but you can contact the hotel at the entrance of the scenic spot and there will be a shuttle bus to pick you up. It is a very thoughtful service. The room faces the river bank, which is very convenient for watching the tide. It's a pity that the tide is not big enough in this season. Fortunately, the park is quiet and less crowded in the off-season. The only shortcoming is that the breakfast is a bit simple, but the noodles and dumplings cooked by the aunt are not bad.
