They provided good service at front desk and quick check in. Also, when I highlighted the room I don’t like, they upgraded me the room. I am pleased with the service and quick response if you need anything.  Overall, service is good and excellent👍

Quite old hotel but very close to the beach

Loved the hotel and the locationt, all the staff was amazing and polite, the room was very clean and the view was beautiful, there are many delicious restaurants nearby, really loved my stay, plan to come again in the future.

The actual conditions are not as good as the pictures. The restaurant only opened a western restaurant with only Chinese food. The service attitude of hotel staff is polarizing. The food preparation staff in the breakfast room, a relatively senior waiter in the second-floor restaurant, and the front desk staff all had very good attitudes. But the young waitress wearing glasses at the door of the breakfast room didn't look at anyone when she was talking, because we interrupted her working time to watch videos on her mobile phone. On the morning of the 23rd, I turned on "Do Not Disturb", but the room attendant still kept knocking on the door, asking if I could clean the room. Can't you take a look at the writing on the door? The people who came to clean in the afternoon were very different and kept the room very clean and tidy. It’s really hard to evaluate

The room is clean and tidy. I booked a 180-degree sea view room with a terrace. I can see the sea and listen to the sound of the waves while lying on the bed. When the terrace door is closed, it is very quiet. It is a good place to relax. There are many barbecued seafoods within a 5-minute walk. The car is parked on the 2nd floor, which is directly connected to the lobby. It is very convenient.

I went there during the 5.1 holiday, and there were many people. The sea view of the hotel is very good. The room service staff is also very enthusiastic. Because there are groups staying during the holiday, breakfast is specially divided into two places. The breakfast is also very good, but the coffee machine is not very powerful. I haven't reviewed it on Ctrip, so I'll give you the first bad review. First of all, I feel that our location and sea view are really good. I booked it early. I can accept the 700 room rate for such a beautiful view and the children are happy. I can't understand what the water limit in our bathtub means. I cleaned and disinfected the bathtub when I was ready to take a bath. When I was ready to put the water in, I found a reminder that only half a bucket can be used for bathing. I brought a 4-year-old child, and the hot water ran out before the water reached his belly. Cold water is OK. You are really too stingy for such a big hotel. The first person took a bath, which means that the second person had to use this bathtub to take a bath the next day. The water pressure in the bathtub was gone the next day, which means that you can only stay for one day and take a bath once. Isn't it too funny! The attitude and voice of the waiter on the phone, I understand that you received many tourist groups on May 1st, which is quite hard, but we asked you if you could speak louder, I really couldn't hear it. The mat in the room was really dirty. We moved the bed at night and put a child's mat, and found a garbage bag under the bed from a long time ago! ! ! ! There was also a jelly packaging box, it was so dirty! Too speechless! There is no hot water for bathing, and the hygiene is not up to standard. I am really speechless. I booked for 2 days. When my child takes a bath, I use a basin to collect water little by little. Really, I have stayed in so many hotels, but your family is so stingy.

We booked 3 rooms for a family trip with my parents and sister. The front desk lady had a very good service attitude and gave us 3 adjacent rooms. She also gave us welcome fruit. The hotel environment is good. There is the sea outside, which is convenient for traveling with children. You can go back to the room to rest at any time when you are tired.

The breakfast is average, the main point is convenience, the environment and location are excellent, the balcony is great, you can watch the sunrise, drink tea, bask in the sun and watch the sea view, the facilities are a little old, and I always feel that there is a faint smell of sewer in the room, which is not good. In general, the price is still OK during normal times, but the price is a little higher during festivals

Invincible sea view, warm service

Huge ocean view suite. The hotel has a ten-mile beach. There are not many tourists for some reason. It is very quiet and I sleep very comfortably at night.
