Novotel Madrid City Las Ventas Reviews

We stayed here for 2 nights on our Madrid trip! We were a family of 4 and really enjoyed the hotel. We used an uber to get to central which cost us around £10. Great base would stay again.

Returning for a second stay, the location remains superb. My visit this time was due to a layover. The hotel is incredibly close to the airport, and there's a metro station nearby offering easy access to the city center. The breakfast spread was very generous and even featured some Spanish specialties.

Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for the price and quality. The property is well-maintained and the staff was friendly. My only suggestion would be to add more weights and additional equipment in the gym to enhance the fitness experience.

Average. It shares a building and front desk with an Ibis, but it doesn't quite measure up.

It’s a new nice informal hotel, they don’t habe a classical reception just a standing desk and an area the employed greet you and help you. I like that. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is small and when I was there was always overcrowded. Servic eis great. Unfortunately it’s more suited for business travelers than tourists as it’s outside of the main area and you need like 45 minutes by bus and subway to get to the areas interesting for tourism.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Madrid Las Ventas. The staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean, quiet, and modern. Great location with easy access to the city center. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The pool is quite small, so if the hotel is near full occupancy, it might not be usable. Keep in mind that while it’s a nice extra, you may not be able to take advantage of it

Happy to stay 3 nights here, the room is clean, cozy , comfortable mattress, great location and easy get into central by bus 53 just walk around 4 minutes from hotel, warm and friendly staff, highly recommended!

I think it’s ok! But I will say that to pay for room service is really not worth it! , other than that I love it! Nice people, location is ok! And it’s comfortable better than the one in Porto to be honest I mean in infraestructura

The ambience of the hotel is luxurious. It is close to a bus station ending with "tonatario". Bus 53 takes you to city centre in 25 minutes. Parks, restaurants, groceries and all amenities are nearby. The place is ideal if you want to live close to city centre and yet away from the hustle bustle of the city centre.

The downstairs restaurant and bar are great, and they even show Champions League matches on game days.

This hotel offers an excellent location with convenient access to both the city center and the airport.
