"I would recommend the Sindbad hotel to anybody interested due to multiple reasons, however these are the ones that stood out to me the most and made my stay so special. The hotel is situated in such an idyllic spot, with multiple pools and a beach, as well as frequent event whilst only being a short journey from both the old town and Yasmin Hammamett, you will not find yourself short of options in both the day and night. The staff from the reception to the cleaning crew also also complimented the visit, any problems were dealt with instantly and rooms were made sparkling clean at the beginning of each day typically whilst we were at breakfast. The staff who work along the beach throughout the day were also incredibly attentive and quick to help with anything too. Most importantly, the staff at the Schahrazed (main buffet) restaurant is what I will miss the most. I would like to personally thanks Bilel, Aziz, and Hafedh for how happy they made me and my family over our two week stay, from having our drinks ready on the table upon arrival every morning and evening to being so knowledgeable about the local area and what we can do, and also for how much they were able to make us laugh and smile along the way - these people solidify my belief of how great this hotel truly is."

"The hotel was good for the 2000s but unfortunately no renovations have been made on the staff side, catering or even in the building itself. The ALL IN was very basic with powdered juices a typical food that makes us sleep every hour of the day. the room was in poor condition, the bathroom full of mold and the insulation was not up to standard at all. It would be better to look for another hotel to have a pleasant stay. we are very disappointed."

"What an amazing holiday we had at the Tui Blue Manar. From arriving at the hotel the staff were so efficient & friendly, we had a welcome drinks on arrival, we arrived at 11:30am and our accessible room was ready. We stayed in Manar 1 & our room was right by reception overlooking the swim up rooms. The accessible room was clean, spacious & everything that I needed with a walk in shower. The hotel was so clean & spotless inside & out, the staff work very hard. There was one designated sun lounger area for guest with additional needs at the activity pool, I was very impressed with this. There are plenty of sun loungers around all the pools so no need to get up at stupid o’clock to fight for a bed. The lifeguard was moving towels off the bed from 11am if people were looking for beds around that particular pool. The pool was absolutely freezing. The entertainment team were fantastic especially Ghofy, she was brilliant. They would come around the activity pool encouraging you to join in with the activities going on. If you were nervous about joining in they stayed with you & encouraged you. They couldn’t do enough for you. The evening entertainment was a little poor but all music was finished by 11pm which was fine for us. The food in the restaurant was a real let down for 5* hotel, I’ve had much nicer in 3 & 4* hotel. This is the only negative part about our trip. Our waiter in the restaurant was fantastic, he kept same table for us every day for lunch & evening meal. He even had our drinks waiting on the table for when we would arrive. They work so hard. The beach was beautiful again very accessible from the hotel, they had security on the beach who was lovely he approached on first day to let us know the accessible sun loungers got disabled was in the front row and the ramp went directly to the sun loungers."

"I have really enjoyed my nights in this 5 stars Hotel, it was very clean and staffs were kind and in disposition. The Breakfast and the Dinner were good and variants ( different types of Fish, All kind of beef, traditionnal recipies, and much more...). The outside swimming pool is big and has a beautiful waterfall. The indoor pool was warm with a relaxing parfum coming from SPA Rooms. I diffently recommand The Russelior Hotel :)"

"⭐️ Very disappointing experience – would not recommend Unfortunately, our stay at TMK Flora Park was extremely disappointing and not what we expected from a holiday in Tunisia. The biggest issue was the behaviour of some of the hotel staff around the pool. We were repeatedly approached and asked for our phone numbers, which became uncomfortable and felt like borderline harassment. We were there to relax and enjoy our holiday, not to constantly deal with unwanted attention from staff. The food was also well below par. There was a very random selection of dishes, much of it was tasteless, and on one occasion we were served meat that appeared to be raw, which was extremely concerning. Overall, the food was one of the biggest let-downs of the stay. The one positive thing we can say is that our room was clean, and the hotel itself was generally kept clean. Unfortunately, this wasn’t enough to make up for the other issues we experienced. Our airport transfer when leaving was also over an hour late. We repeatedly contacted the provided representative and were continually told, “It’s on the way, five minutes.” When the driver eventually arrived, he actually asked us, “Is something wrong with the bus? Why did you keep calling?” We explained that we had been waiting for over an hour because the transfer was supposed to have arrived much earlier. His response and attitude were unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Overall, this experience has left us very disappointed. Based on our experience, we would not recommend TMK Flora Park, and unfortunately the issues we encountered have also put us off returning to Tunisia."

"Absolutely loved my stay in June. The welcome I received on arrival was exceptional, reception team is great , very kind and professional. I was treated with a lovely welcome food plate which i found in my room and it was such a nice touch after a long tiring flight .Thank you. Zico was very friendly, professional and attentive, helped me feeling comfortable and at ease. Food was delicious, fresh and varied for my liking. Hotel is very cosy, very clean and I loved the fountain in the lobby and the trees , really justifies the name of the hotel. Sea was 10 minutes away , pool area was relaxing and clean. I love Tunisia❤️, I appreciate People and their kindness, that what I consider the Biggest Assets of any business. Will highly recommend for a quieter relaxing trip."

"Just returned from a lovely 7 nights at this wonderful hotel, The Palm Beach was all we expected and more, The hotel staff were all fabulous and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay which coincided with our 1st wedding anniversary was both memorable and enjoyable, The food was exceptional with a great varied selection at each serving all served hot and looked as appettizing as indeed it was make sure you leave room for dessert as they were all yummy, We really enjoyed our visit to the Culinarium restaurant on our actual anniversary and the restaurant team went out of their way to mark the occasion, All the bars were well staffed and you never waited long for a drink which was nearly always then brought over to your table, I was particularly impressed that the bar staff knew what you wanted before we even ordered. The room we stayed in wasn't exactly what we asked for but it was clean tidy very well maintained through the week and nice and quiet. Can't comment on the entertainment team as this really isn't our thing but everyone seemed to enjoy what the team had to offer, We didn't venture out of the hotel we just wanted a chilled out week but lots to see and visit if that's your thing. This was our 1st visit to a Tui Blue hotel it certainly won't be our last, John & Lynne"

"We arrived on Saturday evening, check in was smooth, staff shown us where we could get food as it was after dinner. Animation staff are fantastic, little Si always with the humour. Getting you involved during the day. They work long hours but always smiling. The older man behind the bar was so funny, always saying thing in Scottish. Food was OK, much the same each day but that doesn't actually bother us as we tend to go out in the evening. Rooms were always clean. I did find it weird for an all Inclusive that they didn't have snacks and ice cream for kids during the day but then I have never been to Tunisia so that on me. Would definitely recommend the hotel."

"Absolutely Terrible. Never Again This hotel was a complete disaster. The staff at reception were rude and unhelpful, the check-in process was ridiculous (one paper buffet card for 4 people, one heavy old key for the whole room). The room was filthy, smelled awful, and looked like it hadn’t been renovated in decades. The AC was ancient, the bathroom reeked, and the corridors felt abandoned and unsafe. The buffet food was inedible and unhygienic, the pool tiny and overcrowded, and parking was a nightmare, staff told me to leave my rental car outside and even blamed me for moving it earlier. I booked 10 nights but left after 2, yet they still charged me nearly half the total cost. Absolutely unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this place completely."

"We have thoroughly enjoyed a ten-day trip to the TUI MAGIC LIFE Africana, where we have been met with professionalism, friendliness, quality, and hospitality. There is a wide selection of rooms for families and couples available, but as a family of three, we stayed in a standard room with a sofa bed. It has been a spacious and comfortable room, a clean bathroom stocked with towels, a rainfall shower, and a shower head which has a gorgeous mist setting, multiple storage spaces like drawers and wardrobes, coffee/tea, and a stocked minibar with 1-litre bottles of Fanta, Coca-Cola, and mineral water. Functional and cool air conditioning and a hot shower were brilliant as well. The Magico buffet has been continually excellent, with astounding and delicious food where we were never disappointed for choice, especially with the fresh grilled foods made in front of you, fresh tasty salad, and a wide range of beautiful pastries made in-house. They occasionally do theme nights, especially the Tunisian night on a Tuesday, where you are served beautiful local food, which is a must-try. A-la-carte options were available with three specialty restaurants, but we were more than happy with the wide selection of food in the buffet. Wunderbar, the main bar, has been a wonderful (no pun intended) place to hang out and relax and enjoy drinks, where we have been especially taken care of by our barman, Saber, who has served us professionally and been wonderfully friendly. Every evening there is a delightful serenade from the resident piano player who takes his time to play every single day, and it has been truly beautiful and set the tone for our evening. All of the staff have been hardworking, incredibly friendly, and helpful, stopping to say ‘Good morning’ to you and ensuring you have a wonderful stay. We would love to give a special thank you to the guest service team with Hedi, Ayet, and Mariam, who have been continually enthusiastic and friendly every day during our stay. There is always an activity happening by the hour where you can do sports, games, and exercise; and you can enjoy a wide range of paid and free water sports on the hotel’s beach - which has been clean and gorgeous to go in the evening. Be aware of jellyfish being in the swimming area of the beach and being washed up, but obviously this is a natural phenomenon and is out of the hotel’s control. There is a selection of nice and cool pools which are lovely in the summer months. The activity pool is the main hub which has a cooling waterfall; the pool itself is 2m deep which is good for swimming. It can be cloudy from a high amount of chlorine as multiple people do use this pool however. Hence why we stayed in the serene 16+ relax pool which has been quiet and shady with its olive trees and featuring a wonderful whirlpool bath.
