The location is very convenient: 1. There the many places to eat and tea shops nearby, a huge option. 2. There’s a subway station in 1 minute of walk. 3. There’s a 24 h convenient store on the first floor.

I booked a room based on a concert, hoping it would be a bit far from the venue, but at least Orange Crystal guaranteed quality. 1. The hotel entrance faced the parking lot, making it difficult to find. 2. The hotel's decor was very business-like, with dim lighting, making it scary to walk alone. 3. I was woken up numerous times in the middle of the night by the constant swishing of suitcases next door. At 3 a.m., I couldn't stand it any longer and called the front desk. After half an hour, they said there was a computer room next door, and they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the key. Could they please move me? Please, I was exhausted from the concert, and I had to pack and move in the middle of the night? It was really infuriating! 😤 I was so sleepy that I fell asleep to the "white noise" from next door. 4. The breakfast was truly unbearable. I've always had a very good impression of Orange Crystal breakfasts in other cities, but this one in Hangzhou was just two rows of tables, completely lacking the quality expected of an Orange Crystal! This was truly the worst Orange Crystal stay in China!!!

The toilet broke on the first day and couldn't flush. The takeaway took a long time to arrive. It was very troublesome to turn off the lights. When you turn on the toilet light, the outside light will also turn on, affecting your rest.

It's a little different from the Orange Crystal Hotel I stayed in before. The hygiene was not clean, and my body was itchy when I slept, and I felt like there were always bugs.

Environment: The nearby school was incredibly noisy, making it impossible to relax in the afternoon. At 4 a.m., I could hear unloading downstairs, and the room was infested with mosquitoes. Facilities: The room design was utterly illogical, and the experience was extremely poor.

The service attitude is very good and the hotel is very clean. If you want to go to a concert, it is quite convenient to walk about 8 minutes from the subway entrance. It is also close to the West Lake scenic spot. I will choose Orange Crystal Hotel next time I go to Hangzhou.

The room is spacious, the bathtub is comfortable, and it is near the subway station, making travel convenient. The breakfast was rich and delicious, the service was attentive, and Hangzhou specialties were given as New Year souvenirs. There are a few small shortcomings that I hope can be improved. There is dust on the cup table and the lighting in the room is dim. But the overall cost-effectiveness is very high. A family of three booked a family room with a view and three breakfasts. The total cost on New Year's Day was 557. I was very satisfied. I will stay here again next time I come to Hangzhou.
