Great location in the heart of old quarter. The room was clean and tidy. However there was no space to put your luggage/bags as the room was so tiny. We had to put them on the floor at the end of the bed, which left little floor space. The bathroom was very small. If you are very tall your knees will lean against the wall while you’re on the toilet. The shower and basin were a little crammed into a small space. I would not recommend for a long stay, unless you have no luggage and are smaller in stature. We got the lake view room, for one night. The view was nice. It was all we needed for sleeping. The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked well. Staff were nice and helpful.

The location is perfect and the reception team are very helpful, friendly and kind. Big thanks for them ☺️ But the room needs some renovation, the walls are mouldy.

Right in the city center, a reliable, clean hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but very good for the price. I recommend it to everyone

The hotel isn't big, but it's cozy and clean. The surroundings are the center of a complete travel destination, so it is a place where you can feel free to return even if you play late at night. I slept very well.

Very thin walls and noisy fridge. Unfortunately I almost couldn't sleep at all. Everything we needed was there and the staff was friendly. Furnishings are old and some things are in need of renovation.

Great location, near restaurants, Hoan Kiem lake, snack bars, spa, convenience stores and walking streets, night market. Friendly and cute staff, rooms are not big but clean and airy

Except for the good location, there is nothing good, and the price/performance ratio is poor
