The room is clean but the water flow for the shower is a bit slow that may cause a little bit flooding.The location is good so you can find local food nearby. Just one thing is that a bit noisy in the early morning outside the room as the cleaners came for tidying the other rooms.

The hotel experience was very pleasant and seamless. The property is well-maintained and clean, despite being located in a busy city near a road. Inside the rooms, acoustic glass ensures a quiet and comfortable environment. The hotel staff were kind and considerate, maintaining communication through a messaging application and even providing day-accurate information on city traffic to help plan our departure. Clean, Friendly staff.

I’ve never stayed in a bed so massive! Wow! It was even bigger than a king. Staff were kind and helpful and whatsapped directly to recommend activities and places to eat. Great location and accessible to popular areas. Happy with our stay. Would 100% recommend.

I arrived at Hanoi at midnight. Dropped off by the sleeper bus. When I felt exhausted and desperate, the receptionist cleverly improvised and let me check in earlier. I awe him a big thank. And the room was all nice. It’s definitely a five-star staying experience.

Good location along a quiet street. There is a small shopping mall with a minimart just opposite and a convenience store nearby. There is also a good pho place just a few meters away. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable, the TV had Netflix and YouTube which was a big plus.

The hotel was everything my partner and I could’ve ever wanted in a new country .It was close to everything ,I was able to walk almost everywhere .There is a shopping centre opposite the hotel and a few stores near the hotel .The room was spacious and had a mini fridge,a wardrobe and a cute little balcony .The hotel staff were so helpful throughout our stay .I will definitely come back here

Very good location, clean, quiet and good service.

Within the center of Hanoi, you can walk to main food streets or landscapes. It is near some travel sites like Hoa Lo Prison. The street is one-way, expect cabs or ride haling care taking long to pick you up at the hotel.

Perfect location, close to all touristy attractions, comfortable rooms and very amiable staff.
