A clean and comfortable hotel. A bit difficult to find at first. It's a bit of a hassle to get to the city center, but it's not bad.

The location of the hotel is acceptable, but facilities such as toilets and lamps are damaged and have not been repaired. The hot water is not stable and the only supplies are a tattered bath towel.

I made a new reservation at Daewoo Hotel and requested a refund, but it was not possible. On the last day, I went in around 2pm and rested until 9pm before my flight left. I went to the hotel late and had difficulty, but they gave me a room different from the contract and went to the restaurant where I had breakfast the next day at 8, but there was no one there and it wasn't open, so I came out and went to eat pho. I made a reservation for 3 nights after reading the information on trip.com, but there was no compensation and I just gave up and left.

The wifi doesn't work well.

From the beginning, I went to Hanoi with the intention of staying near the old town. I went, stayed in the old town for 4 days and went to Sapa for 1 day. I spent 2 days here at Blue Biz and returned home today. Generally clean. The staff speaks Korean. It was convenient for language communication as Lotte Mart was nearby. It was convenient for shopping and sightseeing

The bedding was very good and comfortable. It was a little unsightly because the chair had some dirt visible, but overall it was clean.

This hotel is located in the downtown area. The beds are very comfortable and the bath products provided are also very good. The breakfast is authentic Vietnamese cuisine. It is highly recommended for guests whether on business or tourism.
