"The onsen owner picked us up from Koyasan and brought us back for free. The staff was very polite, friendly, and attentive, the breakfast was delicious, the cottage itself was very large, and the futons were soft and warm. The view from the window was fantastic! Unfortunately, we didn't go into the onsen itself. If you have tattoos, be sure to bring patches for them. The surrounding landscape is beautiful, and you can take a stroll. It felt very peaceful. We also bought fresh tangerines and some treats for the trip. We highly recommend it! We communicated with the staff via email and in person in English, and everything was great!"

"I use this hotel every time I go to Hashimoto City. The staff are all very nice, and the rooms are very clean; I'm always very satisfied. This time, the owner (please excuse my nickname 🙏) was away due to illness. I hope he gets well soon."

"Our room was on the second floor, and the window faced the outdoor unit of the air conditioner on the roof of the first floor. I wanted to change to a room on the third floor. Two Vietnamese people were at the front desk. They said that the third floor was full of dirty rooms, so they finally took me to the third floor. A small room, which is clean at all, but much smaller than my original room. He also said that the window of my room looked up to the mountains. I wanted to eat in the evening, but I couldn't find one without making a reservation in advance. I walked 1.5 kilometers to a restaurant on the main road opposite a gas station. Breakfast is a big pickle party. The hotel is in a good location, in the mountains, not far from the train station. However, the two Vietnamese front desk staff have a very bad attitude, and the breakfast is not satisfactory. A good hotel is a waste of money."

"The room was barrier-free, new, and clean. I was very satisfied with the spacious room provided for me, even though I was traveling alone. It was quiet with no noise from the neighbors, and the surrounding area was flat with fields. There were convenience stores and restaurants about 50 meters from the national highway, so it was perfect. Thank you very much! 😊"
