"Decided to book as travelling from Cotswolds to Whiston for a hospital visit. Sooo pleased we did!
Excellent location.
Lovely exterior and easy parking. Very warm welcome when arriving and very easy to book in. Staff are happy, cheerful, helpful and pleasant not only to the customers but also each other. This is a rarity these days in this industry and is heartwarming to see and encounter.
The room was quite large, so was the bathroom. All rooms are at the back of the building with a very cosy and pleasant passageway to them. A warm, quiet, and peaceful nights sleep in a very comfortable room.
We dined here and had breakfast too. Nothing was too much bother. Portions for the evening meal were on the generous side and the food was delicious.
I would say this hotel is a little gem and would return any time. I've already recommended it to family!"

"The bed is so comfortable and the breakfast is delicious😋
Environmentally friendly and pastoral style,
The bathroom is clean and tidy, and bath products are provided.
The downside is that the bed can be a bit dirty.
Will consider staying again next time"

"The staff here are all lovely, super helpful and accommodating. Hotel guests can use the spa facilities for free during their stay, something we took full advantage of. It’s a nice hotel to stay in if you’re in the area. Ideally there’d be a little more attention to upkeep- there are cobwebs in some harder to reach spots, we kept being given too few towels, the heater didn’t work, the shower was stiff and hard to turn on, and the batteries in the tv remote needed replacing. All small things that the staff were happy to fix when notified though."

"The hotel is located in the center of STOCKTON HEATH, and there are 3 supermarkets within 2mins.
The landlord PAUL's breakfast was really made with heart and super delicious. The room is simple, the view outside the top window is first-class, and the overall price is very high."

"A great hotel with funky rooms, and very good facilities including a gym and pool. The bar is great with a number it sports screens and even a little cinema area, food is also served here. There is also a Starbucks with little cafe area. The staff can’t do enough for you and parking is free whilst staying the night at the hotel. A great find."

"great location, facilities in the apartment are good and convenient. This is the first time to lodge in apartment which with no reception desk, all services provided are good, but I have to look up to the notices and guidelines. It is not necessarily bad thing to me, but I have to get used to it."
