"Very poor service and won’t offer refund, I arrived after a red eye 7 hour overnight flight from Thailand at 9 am. Understood the check in listed was was not until 3pm (even though the check out time is 10am?) but asked if I could check in early which they said I couldn’t and had to wait until 3pm. Waited 2 1/2 hours in the lobby and then saw all housekeeping the staff sat outside eating at 11:30 instead of getting a room cleaned and ready for me. Absolute joke. Have left and gone to Quest midland who gave me an early check in no problem as soon as I arrived. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Four of us had dinner in the outside area tonight. The service was excellent and the food was really good. It came out in a timely fashion and was really delicious. The desserts were a standout. The only downside was that the hotel doesn't have any non alcoholic wine or sparkling wine on their menu. With the increasing amount of people not drinking alcohol now, it would make sense to have these on their menu. There are so many good ones available and you can buy them in small bottles or piccolos and charge just the same as the alcoholic versions. Our waitress did organise my lemon, lime and bitters to come in a wine glass though, so that was lovely of her. Will definitely go back again."

"This is the 3rd time here. Such a warm and friendly place. The facilities are awesome. From the outdoor pool, hot tub, shower, bbq area and bar, to the movie theatre, large kitchen, and pool table. This was my family’s first time visiting. They loved it and said they’d be back for sure!!!"

"Overall a great stay. Rooms weren’t serviced every single day which wasn’t too much of an issue since we were there over the Christmas period. But seeing as there were 3 of us staying, they only gave 2 towels every time - again not too much of an issue as we just asked reception! The room itself was clean and tidy, spacious! 3 of us fit on the bed (13yo, 9yo & myself), in our 1 bedroom ☺️ which was great since our room sofa wasn’t too comfortable to sleep on. Has everything you need - dishwasher, washing machine & dryer etc. Great location, close to mall, shops, train & dialysis centre (all walking distance) Would definitely stay there again 100%. Thank you Quest, Midland!"

"I have been to the Rose and Crown for meals a few times over the years all in their outdoor garden areas. What a beautiful surprise to see the indoor restaurant , it is so cozy with the welcoming fire, white table cloths and classy feel. The staff were very friendly and attentive, however my pet hate of being called “guys” was disappointing as the decor is so classy I felt this pulled down the quality of the venue, it was like I was being welcomed onto Virgin airlines, who are known for “Hi guys” and this restaurant is certainly at a higher serving standard than Virgin airlines! Prices and quality of the food was very good. We will certainly be returning to this multi seasonal hotel. Highly recommend. "

"Since I had an early flight, I booked this hotel for my last night in Perth as a transitional stay. Getting here from my city hotel on the 940 bus was very convenient. When checking in, the staff carefully asked about my flight time and recommended the best complimentary airport shuttle for my schedule; the shuttle runs every 45 minutes. Overall, it's much better than the transit hotel I stayed at near Sydney Airport. There are fast-food restaurants like KFC and convenience stores nearby."
