They communicated with us in advance to understand our needs and arranged everything accordingly. From parking to every other aspect upon arrival, we felt the meticulous service. Everything was great 👍🏻 I would definitely come back if I have the chance. It was much cleaner and tidier than expected, and the service was excellent~ Great value for money.

Absolutely terrible experience! The room had a strong, unpleasant odor – a musty smell that bothered me all night because the ventilation system was practically non-existent. The soundproofing was awful; I could clearly hear footsteps and conversations from the hallway, making it impossible to sleep. The front desk staff was dismissive; when I reported the issues, they simply said, 'There's nothing we can do,' showing no willingness to help. The facilities were old and worn; the shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold, and the toilet didn't flush properly. It was also inconvenient to get around. Avoid at all costs! Utterly disappointed! The hotel environment was dirty and messy. There was dust and hair in the room corners, and the walls were peeling. After staying there, I developed an allergy, but they showed no sincerity in resolving the issue or offering any solution. The service was subpar; when I tried to call room service from the in-room phone, no one answered. The breakfast selection was limited and the food was cold and hard. The elevator was slow, and I had to wait a long time for it. The price was exorbitant and definitely not worth it; I will not be coming back! After sleeping on the bed for one night, my back ached. The cups had stains, and the floor felt sticky when walking. Check-in at the front desk was inefficient, and the staff was cold. The underground parking's charging stations were expensive. Overall, the service was poor, and my complaints went unanswered. This is a bad review! Everyone should seriously avoid this place. It's a waste of money to suffer here.

The breakfast selection was extensive. On our first day, it was so hot that we drank several bottles of water. The next day, the cleaning staff saw how much we'd consumed and gave us a lot more water, which was incredibly thoughtful!

The service was excellent, and the dedicated housekeeper was very patient and attentive. The location is very convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. The breakfast, in particular, offered a huge variety of delicious options, including many local specialties – it was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this to friends.

The environment is great, the rooms are spacious, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast spread is very rich. The staff are also very polite and friendly to guests. However: 1) There were children continuously screaming loudly in the gym, and no staff came to manage them. 2) The breakfast restaurant was very crowded on the weekend. The hosts should have been prepared earlier to control the flow of people. Today, after being let in, there were no empty tables, and guests were still being let in continuously afterward. It was chaotic, and everyone stood around, unsure of what to do. 3) A child kept dragging their chair while eating, making a lot of noise, and no staff member came to inquire about what was happening.

I came for Shen Shen's concert. The Intercontinental surprised me with thoughtful gifts for Shen Shen, which was a delightful surprise. The room was spacious and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a great night's sleep. The staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful. There are many shopping malls nearby. I will definitely choose the Intercontinental again next time I visit Hefei.

Very impressive with the front desk services. Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.

The room was spacious, and the decor was decent and well-appointed with all the necessary facilities. The service was excellent, with a thoughtful personal butler who even brought us fruit. The room had a great view. We happened to be staying here during Wang Leehom's concert, so there were a lot of cars outside. Our family came to see Zhou Shen, and the hotel even provided fan support stickers, which was a pleasant surprise and my child loved it. The room included a generous single dinner, and I highly recommend the dessert – it was delicious and sweet. My child said they want to stay at the InterContinental again during the holidays!

Extremely satisfied! I went to Hefei for a one-day trip to see a concert, and it also happened to be my birthday. The hotel specially arranged birthday decorations and even thoughtfully delivered a cake at night! The cake was delicious too! When checking out, they even gave us fruit for the road! This whole experience made me feel that even though the hotel has been open for a few years, their soft services are truly excellent! After leaving, I accidentally left some clothes behind, and they proactively contacted SF Express to send them back. This was a really great experience overall.

Booked the InterContinental for a concert in Hefei. It's about a 30-minute walk to the Sports Center, which was great for a leisurely stroll back after the show. The room was clean and spacious enough. The front desk even upgraded me to a room with a view, overlooking Swan Lake – very open and scenic. Before arrival, the hotel proactively contacted me to assign a butler. During my stay, the butler was incredibly helpful and quick to resolve any issues. The breakfast selection was extensive, with plenty of freshly made pastries and noodles. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel's service.

Came to Hefei for Zhou Shen's concert, but couldn't get tickets, and all the hotels near the Sports Center were fully booked. So I chose InterContinental; I've always had a soft spot for them because I'm a member. As expected, the lobby was very grand upon entering. My room was upgraded to a deluxe floor, which included a BLUEAIR air purifier. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, a very comfortable design. The hotel provided welcome fruit and Bai Xiang water daily, which was a nice touch! The hotel is very close to Intime in77, and Swan Lake is right across the street. I even walked to the concert from here, so the location is great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei.

The front desk service was very attentive; I left my car key on the lobby table, and the concierge safely stored it for me. The elevator only goes to your room floor, and you can see Swan Lake from the window. Taking a stroll by the lake is also a nice option.

The facilities at InterContinental Hefei are luxurious, and the staff are well-trained, always appearing at just the right time to offer assistance. Breakfast offers a wide variety, with many dishes freshly prepared on-site. The executive lounge also provides a diverse selection of high-quality light meals.

Afri International was the perfect base for our trip to Hefei! The room was impeccably clean, and the buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes to suit all tastes. Our service manager, Dora, was an absolute gem – her attention to detail was exceptional, making our experience truly top-notch!
